Take 25% off of ANY measurement you do of your body and that is the measure of your actual amount of muscle mass. As I sit at my computer today at 206 (lost some weight the last few days) with a BF right around 7%, I have more LEAN MUSCLE MASS on my body than you do while you weigh 240...because you're carring 75 pounds of FAT around on you. Your takes are weaker than Richard Simmons on low carbs.
Why do you not understand that there is a difference between someone being big, LEAN and muscular and just being a complete fatass (like you)?
BTW, EPIC jealousy starting this thread again. You have a man-crush on me. It's a damn shame for you that my door doesn't swing that way. I suggest you pick up the phone and hunt yourself down a male escort there in St. Louis. Would save you time and trouble.

And when you are super lean, your muscles look bigger -- but many, many times aren't. For example, tiny dorks like buttsuck or TA look all huge with their shirts of, flexing, and good lighting. Stand them next to SF, fully clothed, and no one would even see them cuz they're so damm small and insignificant.
So, say you got up to 20%bf like SF -- you'd still be tiny next to him if he remained at his current bf%.

IF I were to let myself go to hell and let my bodyfat creep up into the mid-20's (like squadfather) I'd weigh OVER 250!! That's a gain of about 18% in bodyfat at a weight of 207. That would put me between 245-250. Of course, I would NEVER, EVER walk around that fat, but that's reality.
On a side note, how can people have respect for themselves being that fat but getting on a message board that is dedicated to working out? Dave doesn't even have power-lifter type numbers to throw out there as an excuse for the extra fat....he's just lazy.
I saw a "Squadfather approved" cardio routine yesterday at the gym. A 4-year old went through the brutal carnage associated with 23 seconds on the treadmill at 1.5 MPH with 0.0 grade incline. A total of 1 calorie was torched off. Squadfather would have been proud......

I will say it again NO ONE will ever know how good dave can look because he will never get lean enough to see any lines. I am curious as well he has some mass but any fat guy with huge arms and shoulders can look "huge" but when the fat comes off they all look the same, like somebody that lifts 3 days a week....
In the pics you can a ROLL of fat hanging over his belt, he is OVER 20% BF in those pics...

That is still very large. I have friends whom are 5'10" and weight at 195 8-12 % bodyfat naturals.. who would shame a lot of bodybuilders.
You never know what is hidden under all that fat.

yep, your math is wrong.
240-17.5%=198
that means is SF started at 20%bf he would be at 2.5% @198

oh and if SF is 20%@240 then at 7% he would be 208.8 with no muscle loss ;)

He'd lose 5-10 pounds of muscle easily for a total of between 50-55 pounds (and that's just to get to 7%), not that it matters.
After looking at his toothpick calves again I can't step laughing. "Beachball on stilts" personified.

anyone who looses that much fat would loose some muscle. I lost about 35 or 38 pounds and about 8 pounds was muscle. I dont think 20 percent is correct either. It would be higher. However if Squadfather is shorter then Egocrusher he could still be carrying more muscle even at a lower wieght. Wieght doesnt mean everything in determining who has the most muscle. Ego said he can do 120s for 6 on an incline at 7 percent bodyfat where im at 8 or 9 percent bodyfat and can do 125s for 6 at 163lbs after doing bench press. If a person wieghed 150 at 7 percent bodyfat and was 5'2 that person would be carrying more muscle then most of us and could probably lift more than most people that are 250 plus
