Yes. Whenever I decide to deadlift again.
The Gravity suit has to be custom made and I am torn between hydraulic joints or just simple hinge joints. Hydrualics on one hand would make it lighter, but I would have to compensate the ease of gravity in other locations to even the spatial pull.
Its a hard plan to work for sure.

What is your deadlift record? Will you please post the clip within the next two weeks, or something close to it, even 70+ reps would be sufficient. It shouldn't be a problem especially with so many people with digital cameras.

Take the lbs of fat lost during a specific period and multiply that by its caloric value. This will equal the total calories lost in storage for a given time frame.
Take the number of calories eaten per day. You can do an average, but a constant will provide you with incredibly accurate results. Multiply that by the given length of time. This is your total calories from food ingested during this period.
Now take the total calories lost from storage and add them with the total calories that you ingested in the time frame. This is how many calories you have effectually used in the given time period
Now take the total calories burned and divide that by the time period. The longer the time period the more accurate.
Have fun with it. It is all you will ever need.

600 lbs. I can`t do 600 now. I only can do that when I am fat. I can do about 420-475 right now at a bodyweight of 159 lbs.

I am 72kgs now adonis and when i tense my muscles i can se the top 4 abs, and i can se clear seperation in my quads, how much do you think i'd weigh ripped? 65kgs?

I am confused about the whole calorie weight gain thing. If I burn 3000 calories a day including a workout, and I eat only 2900. Can I put on muscle?. How much of the 2900 would have to be protein. If not, how many more calories over the 3000 would I need, 200, 300, 1000.
Also, if a person has low testosterone and takes doctor prescribed testosterone supplemention to put them in the normal range. Do you consider them to be on steroids? Would they have any strength advantages over someone naturally in the normal range?
I tend to think they do. I have seen this. The testosterone supplementation gives them size and strength over a natural even though they are still somewhere in the normal range of testosterone.

Do you think it is necessary to redo this periodically to adjust for changes in metabolism as one loses weight? I haven't monitored myself but have you found that your metabolism has dropped significantly now that you are so much lighter?

not to be a wrastlin geek cause I haven't watched it in years but it was Big John Studd and he died a few years ago..prolly 10 years ago of brain cancer I think. I remember his kid wrastling for a little while.

Dude at 159 you would NOT do good at all in any bodybuilding contest. Maybe a Body Destroying contest. Have you had a CBC done lately. I bet you are very unhealthy. You are anorexic it sounds like. Unless you are 5'4" then you are way to skinny.
