My Bulking Paid off i hit 2 reps on squat with 4 plates aside, the first rep was intense only meant to go just parelle but the weight caught me by suprise and had my ass on my calves first time i haver ever screamed in the gym and was able to get it up and do the next rep at parrelle.
Bench Press 1 rep with 4 plates aside it felt good got down to my chest paused and drove the bar up slowly went for a second and got it half way up before i asked my spotter for an assist.
Does not sound like much, but it was important for me to break the 400 barrier natural as i had cheated in the past with gear to get there.
I think i have an injury from the squat my groin is killing me,now time to diet down and go back to my light lifting,got 40 pounds to lose.
I have to thank the Hammerstrenght equipment, thinking of buying some for my home gym.
Am on a high but i expect fellow Getbiggers to bring me back down to earth with a big thump.

2 years ago i was very heavly into the gear and i mean heavy i was throwing that weight around, now natural i wanted to do it for real im sure there are Getbiggers who can do a lot more and at my gym there is a guy who can bench press 500 for 3 and squat600 for 6 to 8 and is clean naturally a huge mofo and do not ask for a video because thats the last time i lift heavy.
I forgot to say this guy is an islander Maorie or Samoen have not had the guts to strike up a conversation he looks Fucking Mean

If pink dumbells make me grow, i will use them.

Thats very good mine would be under a 1000 if i had not bulked like a pig,Cannot do deadlifts heavy one of those lifts i hate.

Deadlift 855
Squat 700 for reps ass to the grass
Bench 500 for reps (my weakest lift).
Ok now for real, 440 DL, 385 fullSQ, 275 bench.

hahahaha, exactly, funny how in 99 percent of gyms you can go a whole year and see maybe 2 or 3 guys legitimately bench 405 yet every other guy on getbig does it for reps. ;D

Having trained with a powerlifter for a year my best competition numbers are: 429lb squat, 348lb bench, 473lb deadlift. I weighed 174 on the day of the comp. I am aiming to beat this in september when i compete again. My numbers are hardly stellar but i'm happy with them. I think comparing yourself aginst others sometimes isn't a good idea. As long as you are continually improving on your past best then you are doing well. I will never squat 800lbs or bench 500. If i got too caught up in what others can do id probably end up losing motivation and quitting.

I can do sets with 99 lbs (45 kg) dumbells on a low incline......that`s the wicked truth.... :'(
Maybe it`s the age ? (close to 44 years now, re-natural for 18 months, started working out 1981.
I also can show it on a clip if you like. (But who wants to see a old man slashing around those medium weights in poor form...i think No-Body :-[).

There are a few Samoan families in my area, and man, those are some naturally large/strong sob's. Fuck, you know what's scary? Their fucking women........big girls.
