Though my weights are average at best to many on thois forum ive done kinda well recently until last 2 weeks ballsed me up.
Ne one else hit ne new pbs or done nething they are particularly proud of in the gym?
OR
alternatively what are your new goals?
Mine is to get 19.25 inch arms pumped. Also get a 50" chest...bot a while away tho lol

me too i did 550lbs military presses for 8 this morning, but i think i need to slow down a bit cause my arms are over 24'' and it makes my 60'' chest look tiny.

Was just messing. ;) My real recent PB was 135 x 5 on shoulder press.

either more weight, more sets or more reps

good job i guess 90% of the time i do too except when i back cycle.

i finally did squats i started out with 750 for a warm up did 100 then did a drop set starting with 2000 pounds after hiting 25 reps i would drop 50 pounds and do 25 more reps after that i had to go to my mma championship fight where i won

I weighed 169 today on my new "Kmart" digital scale. :P That is a PB as far as the
smallest lightest I have been in a few years.

I found one in pink too! Just to keep with the trend! ;D I might hafta go to a bigger town, these two story complexes aren't cutting it anymore. Maybe I should stop strapping in around the flag poles out front and let my grip catch up before signing a new lease.

20 inch arms naturally... wtill maintaining .. my low bf...
i started with 12 inches added over 6 and a half naturally..
so im after 1 and a half inches more
within the next 2 yrs.

Most pros don't seem to go heavy on these since you can fuck yourself up quite easily. Strong ass lift though!

I will take a video next time I do them. I think I will try for some reps with 5 plates next time I do stiffs. Oh, and my hamstrings hurt like a MOTHER!!!!! I had not done them for a long time when I did it last Sunday.

I drank a handle of vodka and 10 beers and didn't pass out and or have sex with any nasty girls...i was pretty happy with my accomplishment that night. The next morning was a different story...

100 pound leg extensions done super slow with 4 second positive, 2 second static hold, and 4-5 second negative. equals about 11 seconds per rep ZERO MOMENTUM and did ten reps. this felt great. did it today. try it one day the exercise becomes very very difficult with this style of lifting.

My waist tapered out a massive 36 inches recently thanks to my see-food diet. Does that count? 8)

Wow, that is a seriously good lift! Very impressive! Mine is 150kg for 12 reps so far! What do you deadlift?

Ok, so most juiced bodybuilders struggle to hit twenty inches - yet you're going to do it natrually ::)

im not concerned with what most juiced bbers do... or anyone...
unpumped my arms are just under 19... coming from 12 inches
i dont put a cap on my potential...
if it is possible for me to do so naturally i will.. and i think it is very possible..
i dont read into all the formulas and numbers... and all that crap i make my own rules and do my own thing...
if life permits and i have no life threatening health issues.. i will get it thats the way i think..
and thats why (along with genes) i have made such good gains over the years

tho my 20" is less impressive as yours as i think im 6-8" taller than u.

hoping to get 405 for 5 today on the bench. Been getting easy triples and doubles. New inzer wraps are supposed to be here today. I've got a plan that should make it happen! We shall see!

thanks for kind words. good luck working out. ive bene plagued by injuroes past few weeks tho a week off then a week easing back in i should be ok. things were goin so so so well too be a shame for it to mess up. might actually go now try to loosen them up or summat.
bene trianing arms specifically 3 months now tho for first 2 it was so ridiculously light. tbh it still is now
cuple more pics bear in mind i been injured and not trianing peroperly frequently or heavily. also a cupla lbs lighter
