all around strength goes to "wickedtruth" for damn sure, 23 years old, 6 feet 205 pounds, 455 bench for a single, 405 for reps close grip benches, 90 pound db one arm, preachers, 405 for 10 barbell row, 550 for 2 squat, 675 for 6 bb shrug and the most amazing one 405 for 9 good morning after two years of lifting.

hahahahaha, exactly, they had to build a special Smith Machine for his 635 pound seated press to the front for 2 reps and a specially made bench for his 190 pound db shoulder presses. ;D

pullups 135 lbs for 20 reps
deadlifts 700 lbs for 10 reps
barbell rows 405 for 20 reps
seated rows 20 reps with the stack
DB rows 100s for 20 reps
hyperextensions 45 lbs for 20 reps

I like to consider myself pretty strong... but seeing as a genetic quirk has robbed me of all overhead and grip strength, I have to ask that I not be considered.
I'm only strong for a lifetime natural using straps... (my deadlift is pretty good)

I am not even close to being strong anymore. My mental state is ll fucked up. I am maybe making a very big move soon and if it happens I will be back on track and will get everything back to normal. But right now I am very weak. I do see some videos on here lately that I think when I was strong could have done. Especially that 172 dumbbell press with that fat handled dumbbell. I don't make fun of anyones strength especially since you guys are likely stronger than I am right now. There is that guy on here Wolf who is a competitive bencher. He is strong as hell.

i see your point coach. sorry.. :( onlyme, DON'T BE SO HARD ON YOURSELF! you are probably way stronger than me. (i doubt i can bench my own bodyweight of 190) if somebody pissed me off and i got real psyched and pumped up, i could easily clear 225 or so).

The strongest pro on get big is bigbadwolf who is one of the top benchers in the world as of now....the strongest amateur is luc....if he decides to tape some workouts ...

Sevatese you should train for powerlifting your core lifts are very impressive for your size.

I did powerlift a while back...I just want to look good now. did those lifts for the shittalkers here . I do not normALLY lift that much.

I wouldn't bother Sevastase - posting vids/pics is pointless on this board. Last year "you-know-who" called me out on my strength claims so I posted a pic of me lifting basically owning him. Nothing came of it other than a massive online argument so I thought fuck it - he can jerk off to someone elses pictures instead.

Where did this idea come from that Johnny Jackson is that strong?The guy has a huge deadlift but his squat and bench are crap.In an official meet he squatted 821 at 275 and benched like 525.Those numbers are crap.His total is also crap.I dont care what his gym lifts are ,his total in a meet isnt anything impressive.By the way,how can a guy do 405 X9 in seated press and only bench in the low 500s in a shirt.Sorry I dont believe that.Wolfey is BY FAR the strongest guy posting on here.

821 isn't crap for a bodybuilder doing squats. When you put it into perspective, Magnus ver Magnusson could only squat 900 so you're approaching WSM standards there. The other lifts are nothing special and his form is awful.

To be honest,those numbers really arent very good today.A few years ago they were top ten numbers,now there are 198ers doing more.People can say its advances in gear,but the fact is,guys are now putting up such insane numbers that us mortals are really being left behind.Next weel Louie Simmons is running a meet in Cinci.I predict three guys go over 2800 in the total and you will see at least 6 squats over 1200lbs.

There are so many good ones out there.Bolton is certainly the best super the biggest squat and pull of all time,Vogelpohl is very good at 275,Greg Panora is super strong at 242,Jeff Lewis,Matt Smith etc. etc.Im not that up on the USAPL/IPF guys,but I know the europeans are incredibly strong over there.I think your right,Bolton just for the fact that he pulls 1003 and there really isnt ANY other full meet lifter even close to doing that.

Three things IMO:
1. Advance in gear (No way you slice it, it is a factor)
2. Advance in training technique (introduction of boards, chains, bands, plyo, et al)
3. Advance in dedication from the PL's (fewer beer bellied weekend warriors, fewer tough guy wannabe's and more real athletes drawn to the sport, guys like Wade Hooper)

I hope all of the above happens! Every single one of those guys are beasts! I honestly think Donnie has the all-around strength to get the highest total ever. Matt is a good guy and I would love to see him put it all together and get a HUGE total! Really, when you think about it, this meet has the potential to be one of the best ever!
