I sense a spirit of collaboration and charity returning between the two legendary leaders of the SQUAD. Soon, gentlemen, the Almighty SQUAD will be reborn and it will reclaim its customary home on the V. 8)

Yea thats where I read it before they started this year running it monthly in Ironman Magazine. Guy writes like a guy not some dumbass slinging street language to seem cool.

"A Bodybuilder is Born" originally appeared in Parrillo Performance Press and had just over 50 monthly episodes in all. The first half are also posted on bb.com, and Ironman is running the entire series now.
I have been using DC Training since late June of last year. I train on a 3-day split:
DAY ONE: Legs
DAY TWO: Biceps and back
DAY THREE: Chest, shoulders, and triceps
I train Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, so whatever I train Monday gets worked again on Friday.
