I have counted the ads in MD now for ages... I was supscribed to MD but since fruity Bleachman decided to send my monthly MD via racing pigeon over to ireland... well let's say I'm still waiting for some last years editions.

the photography and articles are top notch in MD.
it's easy to excuse the multitude of ads when the magazine also contains superior content,
besides, some supp ads can be rather amusing

Come on, you guys know that things still fun to flip through, regardless. And every time I look at it I wonder just how much work must go into putting all that together each month. It's a pretty interesting product. You remember how many random pictures you'd always find in Musclemag? Kinda like that. The MD staff must work really hard at all this, IMO, and in a day and age without much creative vision in the industry, Blechman really carves out a unique package and a very clearly-defined brand image.

I've actually gotten to the point now where I wonder how anybody has the time to keep up with everything going on in the magazines anymore with the internet going strong with new content every single day. I guess they do it while taking dumps.
Lately I've actually been reading the old mags...I came across a couple of Weider publications from the early 80's, and then the other day found a couple of Ironmans from the late 80's and the change in perspective and the way the whole thing was presented is just amazing.

Look I fully understand the fact that you think people enjoying a rich private life and in general a life beside Getbig is Bullshit but trust me it is absolutely positively true and manageable.
Trust me having a gourgous wife a good job nice friends BBQ a nice place to life pets and all that is way more rewarding than 15k posts on an cyber space place...

I used to think MD was the best mag out there but lately there is like 15 minutes of shit actually semi-worth reading in the magazine. Not in my opinion worth the money. I have no idea why I would be jealous becuase the magazine is Shit as of late??? I know alot of my friends have said the same thing.
