I hope he loses weight. I think his days on here are over though. You can't talk the kind of shit he did and look like one of those guys they have to cut holes in the walls to get out of the house. It amazes me he talked all that shit when he is most likely over 600 pounds.

If memory serves his working out days were ended by a spider bite.
I've read some cool stuff by him but feel he has some anger issues. Seems like a nice guy, to me, but not evryone's life turns out like they planned. People have their own way to deal with shit, good or bad.

I feel bad for the guy also... at that size he's got to have mobility problems, not to mention type 2 diabetes and maybe high blood pressure.

He wants to talk about how he used to be someone and eat. He has been doing it for years now. I hate to say it, but the guy wants to die, that is the only reason someone winds up like that, because they don't give a fuck anymore.

I feel bad for the guy, but it's not like he is sick. He is just one of the laziest people in the world. How many people in the world get to that size? Maybe 10,000 total? He is just lazy and wants to die, it sucks, but lets at least be honest about it.

Mark my words, Keith will be on the news in a matter of a few years when they are cutting the walls out of his house so they can get him out. He will most likely be strapped to a bed and posting on getbig about how he hates squadfather and he used to know some B level movie star. I agree, he's a complete disgrace. I think he talks about the good old days so much because that's all he has to hold on to. And shit I don't blame him, if I looked like that I'd do the same or else shoot myself. ;D

He's probably around 60-65% BF.
I made the guestimate from him having a LBM of 200 lbs, and a total weight of 500.
But it's always hard to know in these cases.
My guess is that Mike Wolfe, who's very lean in comparison, sits at a Lean Body Mass of around 220-225 lbs (weighing 330'ish). Perhaps Mason or Wolfe can correct me on this though.
My point is, 200 lbs of lean mass would be a whole lot of muscle considering the state he's in. It could be slightly optimistic.
But onlyme is a natural freak, so I definitely think it's possible.
Regardless, onlyme can do it. I definitely believe that. But he needs to start it now...

You might be right. We should start a pool and guess his weight and the winner gets bragging rights, it's too hard to pay off real money on here. I would imagine the guesses would range from 500 to 1300 or so.

I can't disagree. Not making an attack here on Onlyme, but say referring to myself.....people get all impressed by me losing 100lbs, which yeah was good on my part and all, but let's be real...I was all obese with myself as I was lazy as hell and stuffed food in my face constantly for years. So one can admire the weight loss, but on the flip side why did I allow myself to get so fat in the 1st place? Obesity is self caused, and always sad and a hard thing to handle as I know all too well, but in the end we do it to ourselves :-\
I like Keith, hope he loses the weight, but as far as my personal experience tells me, until he is mentally ready - no one can help him.

This is exactly correct ~ I live by the words "you can't change a grown adult so don't bother tryin". Be an example, be a source of encouragement, let others see quality in you and let others make their own choices. Even when I'm asked for my opinion I only answer with "what I would do for myself is".....I never tell someone "you should do this for you". Do that and they're instantly turned off. People must feel completely in control and any unsolicited advice will not fly. The irony is that it anything you say can still be considered unsolicited advice even if they ask you for the advice in first place....people wanna be told exactly what they wanna hear and nothing else. Change comes from with and cannot be forced upon anyone....only when you're a kid can you be molded. Once a person becomes an adult their path is set and only they will alter it.
