I hope he loses weight. I think his days on here are over though. You can't talk the kind of shit he did and look like one of those guys they have to cut holes in the walls to get out of the house. It amazes me he talked all that shit when he is most likely over 600 pounds.

I've read some cool stuff by him but feel he has some anger issues. Seems like a nice guy, to me, but not evryone's life turns out like they planned. People have their own way to deal with shit, good or bad.

I feel bad for the guy also... at that size he's got to have mobility problems, not to mention type 2 diabetes and maybe high blood pressure.

I feel bad for the guy, but it's not like he is sick. He is just one of the laziest people in the world. How many people in the world get to that size? Maybe 10,000 total? He is just lazy and wants to die, it sucks, but lets at least be honest about it.

Mark my words, Keith will be on the news in a matter of a few years when they are cutting the walls out of his house so they can get him out. He will most likely be strapped to a bed and posting on getbig about how he hates squadfather and he used to know some B level movie star. If he really is/was so famous back in the day, what a lousy role model he has become to the kids. Thats not just fat, thats go on maury povich and stare at me fat.

I agree, he's a complete disgrace. I think he talks about the good old days so much because that's all he has to hold on to. And shit I don't blame him, if I looked like that I'd do the same or else shoot myself.

He's probably around 60-65% BF.

I made the guestimate from him having a LBM of 200 lbs, and a total weight of 500.

But it's always hard to know in these cases.

My guess is that Mike Wolfe, who's very lean in comparison, sits at a Lean Body Mass of around 220-225 lbs (weighing 330'ish). Perhaps Mason or Wolfe can correct me on this though.

My point is, 200 lbs of lean mass would be a whole lot of muscle considering the state he's in. It could be slightly optimistic.

But onlyme is a natural freak, so I definitely think it's possible.

Regardless, onlyme can do it. I definitely believe that. But he needs to start it now...
