Awesome pics so far. I've seen maybe 5 sets now - it's anyone game. No one has stood out yet as the 'whateva' from last year - the guy you just feel will win without question.

There are 6 sets in in total, we are awaiting 4 more....6 hours or so left [I believe, 12am PST?]
Everyone has the newspaper/mag with the date, everyone is showing their full bodies in all pics [not cutting off legs/calves etc as we had last year a bit], everyone has pretty clear backgrounds so the physique is more on display....so good work on the guys with that and it is a slight improvement upon last year with those small details.

more and more I am seeing that nattys should stay as lean as possible year round ( 9-12% )..then you won't expend so much energy in your contest prep

what i learned was NOT TO DIET TO GET LEAN
instead just eat MORE and do cardio
i havent been doing the cardio, but i was dieting BIG MISTAKE just makes you smaller oh well im hoping for top 4

Hey mate, Tbh I screwed up my last couple of days trying to get too fancy dropping too much water etc, I ended up really flat and I'd say with less cuts. Before this i didn't really understand how funny your body gets once you get lower in bodyfat, it's like any little thing can wreak ya :o. I was in better condition a few days before. I look hella skinny in my pics lol ;D.

Thanks mate. I'm pretty happy with most of my pics, but it did seem when dieting some bodyparts lost alot more size than others :-\ :( Still happy though. :)

Yeah man just the usual stuff, I should have started dropping the carbs just a little sooner out though.I was looking pretty good up until the last couple of days when i tried to mess with the sodium and dropped way low on water etc. I was hoping to wake up in the morning looking great but it kind of backfired. I didn't try to carb load or anything either, just tried the water and sodium. Oh I'm not just saying that to justify looking like crap coz I don't look too bad, it's just i truly was better a few days before :P.

I would say it is all on how the judging goes really, for me I don't see a clear cut winner. Some have edges on conditioning, some structure, some muscular size, some presentation etc. Last year Whateva was a clear winner, this year I don't think there is one....

From what I've seen the Gahanian dude down the street from me could win this hands down...and all he does is run, dips, pull ups and decline push ups---at least that's what he told me ;).

I pm'ed all competitors to confirm, and when it was countdown hours wise for pics to be submitted I pm'ed those who had not submitted to remind them. Basically I am a cyberstalker. Slaveboy is my mate, but neither 240 nor I recieved his pics. Mindspin did not mention recieving them either. That is why we requested entrants to send to all 3 of us, to be sure of no errors. It's all good, he can make it up to all next year :D

Cool, you got odds and stuff as well? I want to see where we are all sitting. Trying to keep it simple Id have daddy as 2/1 with Alexx and Neo at around 3/1, 240 is a mystery atm so i'd give him 5/1 with myself and Rowdy at around the 10/1 and JJ somewhere around 100/1 as we have all seen his pics and know in that shape he will not win. Just going on pics here JJ, if you had not posted them you would still be like 4/1 or something and if the comp was still a few weeks away those odds would change dramatically. Dizzle is out in case people didn't know :-\.

Here, since there's not a lot of bettors, somebody came up w odds based on what he knew. then the odds are adjusted based on where the money's going. if there's a lot of money being bet on DW, the odds against his winning drop, and that way the payout is less . . . it's probably the most elementary method of making a book. It doesn't matter that we're doing it this way b/c even if the bookie takes a bath, it's not a big one.

You've seen my pics on here a bunch of time under another handle. You all had me as one of the favorites to win but I wasn't positive I would be able to get the pictures in. I'm single and work strange hours and have never owned a digital camera (or cell phone for that matter) so I wasn't positive I'd be able to do it. I need to find someone who lives close to me with a digital camera to send in some pics tomorrow if it's not too late to enter.
I don't need to diet or tan. Not neccessary. You'll understand when you see the pictures.
