Thanks mate. I'm pretty happy with most of my pics, but it did seem when dieting some bodyparts lost alot more size than others $:-\$

Still happy though.

Did you do the usual low carb, high protein, moderate fat diet?

Yeah man just the usual stuff, I should have started dropping the carbs just a little sooner out though.I was looking pretty good up until the last couple of days when i tried to mess with the sodium and dropped way low on water etc. I was hoping to wake up in the morning looking great but it kind of backfired. I didn't try to carb load or anything either, just tried the water and sodium. Oh I'm not just saying that to justify looking like crap coz I don't look too bad, it's just i truly was better a few days before

I would say it is all on how the judging goes really, for me I don't see a clear cut winner. Some have edges on conditioning, some structure, some muscular size, some presentation etc. Last year Whateva was a clear winner, this year I don't think there is one....

They will be done in a way they can be dragged/dropped to compare againest others etc, so should be good....
