Yesterday in line at the grocery store, I picked up a few things to get me through the next couple of days. While unloading my basket, I noticed the dude, probably weighing a good buck fifty in his skin tight jeans and wife beater/sports bra looking thing watching me unload my basket.
I looked over and started laughing..and had to snap a shot with my cell phone. Even the cashier started giggling when she looked at his shit and then at my basket.. THE DUDE WAS A VEGeTARIAN! DECIDED HE HAD TO HAVE SOME CANNED VEGGIES, RICE, AND TOFU for the evening..
...while I unloaded 3 gallons of kid builder chocolate milk (10g of protien per cup, 1% fat, and the same carbs as regular milk with more protien..good stuff) 3 doz eggs, bologna because i just hafta have it, and 15lbs of meat!
THE DUDE PALED WHEN HE LOOKED AT ALL MY SHIT AND GOES " YOU EAT ALL THAT?!" to which I replied.. "and the occassional virgin too..when she stops kicking and screaming!" then had to say "GOD DID NOT PUT ANIMALS ON THE EARTH FOR US TO EAT!!!" I couldn't resist.."You're right, he didn't put us here to eat them, there's only enough in this tiny ass store for me!"

now I was only joking around with the dude...but do all vegetarians get so uppity like that when they see you putting back the animals?!?!

Shit tastes GREAT and I have a glass of it when I want dessert or something instead. I take down a gal or close to it a day. I drink it with breakfast, post workout, for a snack, and before bed. the ratio of fats, protien, and carbs is pretty damn near what you'd want in your typical diet anyway! 10 grams of protien per cup too unlike regular milk which has like 6-8 and an average glass holds about 2-3 cups!

I'm actually not a big dude at all.. only 245..i'm usually 250 walking around until I take a big shit from all the food I eat. I eat 2lbs of beef a day. I split it up though. I'll eat some for breakfast with a couple hard boiled eggs, I'll eat it at lunch with veggies..and at dinner. I always keep some sort of meat cooked and sitting in the fridge for snacks incase I run out of chocolate milk. ;D It's alot cheaper than buying protien! I stopped buying just of protien shakes, haven't lost any size or strength, and saved myself 50 bucks a month in the process.

I was a vegetarian for about 10yrs and while being one the site of raw meat was sickenting. I dont know why, cause it doesnt bother me now, but it would be the equivalent of looking at a dead body in a morgue. When I went back on meat I had stomach cramps for about a week.
Although I dont agree with the guy lecturing you, you should consider cutting down on it, at least 10%, Meat has huge environmental consequences, deforistation, water pollution and so on. Plus do you really need that much protein, you could be saving money. The 2grms per bodyweight thing is total bullshit for the average lifter.

Any drastic diet change does that until the bacteria in your system adapts to the type of food you eat... if I eat anything rich, ethnic, or basically anythign that isn't PAPER BLAND it upsets my stomach.
