Title: att BerzerkFury, how did your MUAY THAI fight go?
Post by: Bluto on October 05, 2007, 05:22:49 AM
earlier this year, you posted that you would have a muay thai fight in the summer of 2007, how did it go?

i know you're one of the few guys here who practice what he preach and trains like an animal, so i dont doubt you steamrolled the guy, maybe even knocked him out cold? let us know how it went down, bro!

Wow, now you're taking time out of your 19 hours of posting on getbig, cagefighting, clubbing everynight and stuffing your face, to dig through old posts trying to find something and this is all you can come up with?

im just asking thats all.

since some of you guys keep making a big deal about fighting, why not share your fights with us? maybe post some pictures? talk about the result etc?

Uh oh, someone's upset that I embarrassed him again. Just wait though, Bluto. It's going to get more interesting later today when Ron gets on if he keeps his word.

And I tell you what, I'll go turn for turn with you. You post a pic or any shred of proof that you know something about MMA outside of what you hear on TUF (as evidenced by the five threads you got wrecked in yesterday) or copy/paste off Sherdog and I'll let you know how thai boxing is going for me.

Is this another one of those times where you spend an entire weekend talking about me when I'm not here? Looking forward to Monday!!!!  ::)

ok bf doesnt want to talk about it. that's cool, maybe it didnt work out the way he planned it. just like joe dealing with his loss in tuf.

whatabout you chutebox? or americanbulldog? you guys keep boasting any chance you get about how you are no tuf noobs, how you fight, how you train, namedropping people you roll with, fighters you know etc

why not share some of your stories? what was your last fight? how did it go? do you guys have a record on sherdog? i take americanbulldog should be getting  on the ufc undercard any day now, considering how knowledgeble and experienced he is.

dont be shy guys! oh yeah since you both called med fat on numerous occasion, you must've seen me right? (i never call anyone fat myself, especially if i havent seen their pic, very hard thing to do!) so since youve seen me, isnt it fair i get a chance to see you? dont be shy - post your pictures guys!

i cant wait to see what someone calling himself chutebox and use a mix of fedor and wanderlei as an avatar looks like. must be a total beast! and an american bulldog, i get the feeling he looks like jeff monson or something!!

MELTDOWN.

Bluto, you've claimed (multiple times) that you've cage fought and trained for the better part of 2 decades, yet you constantly embarrass yourself in every thread regarding anything about training itself. Why is that? Surely someone like you, who has been training longer than Wanderlei Silva himself, shouldn't make a fool out of himself in every training thread?

Enlighten us, he of the bullshit artist.

And stop claiming that you don't talk shit about no one's picture. You've got the biggest mouth on this forum and you know that the second you post a picture of your 110 pound physique, that you'll be run right off of here, just like you almost did when you lost moderator on here.

And by the way, this thread is 100% evidenced that you smashed you keyboard after you got embarrassed and deleted that thread yesterday. It's really sad that you take this site so seriously.  ;D

#1 i never claimed to cagefight. - you have claimed to have a muay thai fight this summer. chuteboxe said he will fight in january. americanbulldog is a fighter.

#2 i didnt delete the thread - chuteboxe did. he admitted it. i even posted a new thread with the same topic.

#3 whether i am 100 pounds, 200 pounds or 300 pounds wouldnt make any difference whatsoever.

last time i checked with bf how his muay thai fight was going was the beginning of august and here's what he said

" said I might have one. Might doesn't equate to positively."

we're 10 months into 2007 and still no fight for bf, whats up bf? you injured or something? you gotta get some experience bro, you're getting old! need to get some fights if you want to evolve as a fighter!

i can understand someone like chuck only fighting a few times a year, but a beginner need to fight much more than that

hahaha, I can just see the rage in your posts. You have claimed to have cage fought for over 15 years now, but I'm too lazy to dig through your 30,000 posts to find it, not that I don't doubt you've already deleted it.

Enlighten me "Blutsky". How do you find time to train MMA when you supposedly lift 2x a day, hold down a job and simultaneously log 19 hours straight on this site. Why are you on here trying to live out some fantasy you have? I'm curious. Oh yeah, can't forget that you also claim to "club it up" 6 days a week. Quite the impossible schedule, slick.

I'm so far in your head it's sad.

Feel free to read the injury board. I fucked up my back pretty good *gasp* working out in February, and it's just starting to get better. You're obsessed.

Oh, by the way. I know you almost quit Getbig when you lost moderator on here the first time and that you were THAT pissed off. Don't worry, something tells me you'll be losing it again soon. Go ahead and deny it like you will. It's really sad that you take this board so seriously. ;D

How many have you? I'm 21. You've been "training" for almost 17 years now, basically my entire life. Suffice to say that you should have been in the ring 20x as much as I have. Enlighten me. You've never had one fight or anything, eh? Oh, that's right. You've never stepped foot in a weight room or a gym. Bet you're proud of your TKD yellow belt.  ::)

you asked. and i answered. why cant you do the same?

youre the one embarrasing yourself when you claimed a flying knee is just luck, and not something people train. when in reality it's part of the muay thai arsenal and practiced extensively by some of the worlds greatest muay thai fighters like remy bonjasky (who have several knock out wins with this technique)

clearly YOU are the one that has very limited knowledge and first hand experience.

Well in defense of my boy AB since I think you ran him off Bluto with your constant assinine ignorant rants.. He trains.. he trains hard to. He knows some of the people I know in Vegas. The guy is no joke. I don't think that I have ever seen him post that he fights.. If he has please dig it up Bluto. Secondly he competes quite a bit in JJ tourneys.. For CHUTE, he has been MOD for quite some time and in the discussions that we have had he knows his shit. Bluto you have never dropped a name of anyone you train with or where you train. Can't you google a gym in your neighborhood and drop a name??? Chute owns you daily as does AB and BF. It seems like the local posters know their shit while you constantly are back peddling and coming up with exscuses.... How can you feel that you are a good fit for the mod posstion here when half of the board flames you everytime you post. Don't you get sick of having to defend yourself everytime that you post.

hahaha, I love how you pulled that completely out of context and are trying to spin it in your own little direction. You contradicted yourself in another post anyway. You said people don't train foot stomps in MMA, when they're used more than "flying knees", which I said MMA fighters don't constantly train. You then cried and brought up K-1, which has absolutely nothing to do with MMA as it's only striking, and tried to turn the argument around. Stop embarrassing and contradicting yourself in every thread, it's getting a little old.

And shouldn't you be deleting this thread as it's a personal attack and you spent an entire day deleting mine in that other thread? Ahh, it doesn't matter. More evidence for Ron to put it to a vote.

good. the better reason for them to share their experiece with us! that what im looking for! you have said yourself you rather have discussions about fighting etc and not just shows on tv right? my thread about favorite techniques was a step in that direction. this is another one.

no i never said people dont train footstomps. i said you dont have to, in order to call yourself a mixed martial artist.
do you agree or disagree with that?

You actually said that no one trains footstomps, and I would have quoted it if the thread wasn't deleted.

Give it a rest you crybaby hypocrite. You contradict yourself in 99% of your insults and end up with massive self-owning after self-owning.

dodging the question again. this is the 2nd one you dodge in this thread.

the first one being - how many times you fought muay thai?

answer the questions.

And you said no one trains footstomps, which was embarrassing considering they're used more than "flying knees" in everything but K-1, which isn't MMA.

Yet your abundance of knowledge seems to be none.. I haven't ever really heard you talk about training or fighting.. I do see you cut and paste. But never really any sound knowledge that would lead one to believe you know a kimurah from a heel hook.

but then there's not a whole lot of discussions about that is it? you complained about yourself in the past

and when i try to make one (like this one) all i hear is more complaints

i guess there's no pleasing you guys.

Are you suggesting that by trying to start an argument with BF that you are bringing something helpful to the table?

absolutely.

in this thread, for the first time on mma board we have discovered that i have plenty of fighting experience (i guess im the modest one) where as you and berzerkfury (who are the ones constantly boasting and calling out others) turned out to have zero fighting experience.

interesting to say the least!  :)

now when we're done with that i hope others will jump in and share their experience! at least i got the ball rolling, nobody else did.

I can say I have 15+ years of fighting experience too. Funny, I know more in my little pinky about MMA than you do in your whole being. All 15+ years of cage fighting and all. Funny, 6 months ago you claimed to have never fought a thai fight in your life and that you only did MMA for cardio and fun. Ironic how your song and dance changes the second you get called out on it. 13 years old and 20+ fights. Insane!  ::)

You haven't proven anything.. I could've had said that I had 40 fights.. Where is your proof of your fights.. Please post some pics of you after your fights.. Or anything.. Modest, I would call it more or less a lack of knowledge as to why you usually keep your mouth shut.. That and the fact that everytime you do someone flames you terribly.. I would prolly keep my mouth shut as well.

Bulldog and Chute back it up with their knowledge of grappling and striking that they bring to threads about it. You provide nothing, and the only time you talk about striking or grappling is in a "what technique is boring" thread. Give it a rest, clown. You're not smart enough to worm your way out of this one.

my post was on-topic and thus shouldnt be deleted. you behaving like this (like a little kid out for revenge) just adds further to why you shouldnt be a mod. and since you never been a mod before and proved yourself before, it just shows i was right all along - you're a rookie. a beginner. and beginners make mistakes.

see, im a professional, it's just business. not personal. the board comes BEFORE my personal beef (if any) with anyone.

everybody know i dont see eye to eye with pumpster on the training board, does that mean i delete his posts? never. professionals make good mods. amateures with no experience that hold a grudge and take things personal do not.

Hence why I have I REPEAT I HAVE NEVER taken a side.. BF is one of my boys on here and I delete his threads.. Mods shouldn't be stooping down to the level of arguing in every thread.. Nor should a MOD run off one of the most knowledgable posters of the board..

Hence like you did or are about to with AB...

No what I am saying is that people are tired of dealing with your stupid ass. Your not a good fit for this board as half of the posters here can't stand you.. Including me.. it seems you enjoy arguing more then anything else.. I understand that you have no people around you to chat with and so any human interaction is good. Even if it is someone calling you a tard..

I would never just side with someone. If chute was in the wrong I would let him know. What we did agree on was to make this board better. Which we have done.

How did I side with BF earlier. I erased his posts just like anyone elses???

You don't run people off because you owned them or because you are a mass amount of knowledge and people can't stand it.. It's more like your dumb as a rock and when 15 people all agree and are telling you that your stupid. You for some reason think that you are still right and don't know how to eat a piece of humble pie and admit that your wrong.

I dont understand how you think you are good for the board when people hate coming here and putting up with your ignorance.

You for some reason think that you are still right and don't know how to eat a piece of humble pie and admit that your wrong.

I dont understand how you think you are good for the board when people hate coming here and putting up with your ignorance.

What kind of response is that?? I am not getting worked up, just stating the facts.. Nice try at trying to make it seem like I am melting when in fact you have no response???

Objectively, Bluto you are wrong for creating this thread with ill purpose.

   :)

Not everyone will have the same experiences as another in regards to fighting, and there is no way really to verify who has actually been in a real fight. I for one have not been in an actual fight since i was in highschool i grad in 1996, and looking back i would say i lost..badly, i kept the Dr. bill after all these years as a reminder, riding in an ambulance is expensive.
Chute/SinCity and AmericanBulldog and the rest of the mods all seem knowledgable on the MMA subject. its more what you know then what youve done IMO. Knowledge is more important to credibility on an internet board.

That and also to me I've been fighting for 14 years.. Sparing full contact and going 90% might as well be fighting. You just don't end up in an ambulance or cuffs because people allow you to tap..

well they make a big deal about it "those who train" "those who fight" etc  like everyone else (the majority reading/posting here) isnt welcome and looked down upon.

so if it's such a big deal training/fighting maybe they want to speak about it... and now they can - in this thread

I took third in my last BJJ tournament.  I plan on competing in NAGA in January.  I have fought three smoker kickboxing matches, and doing so convinced me I am not that good of a striker.  I will continue to compete in submission grappling, BJJ.  I have been a practice dummy for many a fighter, got rocked by Kaleo Kwan last night, (who will be fighting on Sho Elite next month).  Also had my elbow tweaked when I got caught in a reverse armbar.  Didn't have time to tap, only time to say owwwwww!  I am sure Dexter Jackson would love having that happen to him everytime he does cardio.

Who knows, maybe I will be like another friend, Mark Kurano and do ONE fight.  He had the permission of his wife, won, and wants to do another.  Being the sole bread winner, my wife is not too keen on me getting injured, especially since she has seen my stand up in action.   :P

Ten.  Got beat by a last minute sweep.  Guy who beat me won the whole thing.  Won my first match by mata leo, second by points.

So what is your experience again?

Keep in mind guys, Bluto is quoted (multiple times I'll add) as saying that he's never had a muay thai fight and only trained to stay in shape. If anyone actually believes that this clown trains, let alone has had a fight, then shoot yourself in temple.

nah, i had fights but i dont compete any longer. neither training, or fighting, is a big deal. when you come to this conclusion you will stop thinking everyone lies around you since it would serve no purpose.

you wouldnt call bullshit about someone saying they play pool a few a times a week would you? i look at mma the same way.

See, this is where you prove you're full of shit. You spent the better part of a year saying you've never had a muay thai fight, and now that you get called out on knowing next to nothing, you come out saying you've had almost 2 dozen. You're full of shit kid and you're proving that you're just a 13 year old living out a fantasy on a forum he logs 20 hours a day on.

#1 i never claimed to cagefight. - you have claimed to have a muay thai fight this summer. chuteboxe said he will fight in january. americanbulldog is a fighter.

I'm holding off on that fight because I'm going to compete in the golden gloves in Febuary, but i'll get to punch somebody none the less, good times, can't wait.

First off, I am not a fighter, I do sub grappling, BJJ.  I have a tendency to dip my head and wing punches when I get clipped.  Still flinch also.  Maybe I am not cut out to be a fighter.

omg now hes starting thread to call people out to start more fights? like the thread he started what makes you a mixed martial artist then drops my name saying you had to do a leglock or flying armbar or your not doin mma wich was nothing close to what i said... this guy has got to stop. The only reason i come to this board is for this section and another and this one is really startin to hurt my head

as for me i dont mind telling who i am

i train at travis lutters bjj in fortworth tx. both locations, can post pics if needed, i also starte training and newworldcombat in downtown fortworth to train with the fairtex certified muythai trainer to up my standup

have been trainin now for over 2 years... i do compete in gi and nogi tourneys i have not however competed in cage.

main reason for this is simple i use aas. and ill admit it

the reason i use aas is not for a performance enhancer, but b/c before trainin mma i was into bodybuilding, due to my work schedule of 6 days a week 10 hr days working out, training and my girl wanting sex all time without a boost i would not have the energy to enjoy my life. nor would i b able to keep my weight up  especially due to the hot 10 hr days of construction

my girl likes me at 220 (im 6'2)  she loves the fighting  but doesent want me to shrink down either

now when i do feel im ready to compete i will  have to b fully clean before i do. i would not want to fail a drug test nor would i want to b seen as using performance enhancing drugs

and i can tell you this being on aas (minus the eq) does make you gas quick....... i have gotten used to it and can roll 30 mins straight, while off i can roll even longer but when off i lose weight FAST.. not just due to no more aas but due to the extreme stress on my body from all teh activities

so thats me all the truth out there in the open

no i said i take aas for what they where meant for hormone replacement. b/c due to my 6 days a week 10 hr work day i wouldnt have the energy to go home and train or work out or jump all over my girl everynight.... i would just go  home get fat and drink a beer and sit on the internet all night...... oh hi bluto :)

thanks dont get me wrong, i dont condone the use of aas during fights, its  not fair. even though its use is everywhre, tour de france included, i just use it to better my life and do the things i love, you wouldnt believe how many guys at work are skinny as a pole yet they  look like they are smuggling basketballs under there shirts from all teh beer drinking

once im done gettin my electrical engineering degree, then i will switch to a low impact low manual labor job, then i can really focus on keepin my weight up naturally and gettin my endurance and cardio top notch before i ever jump in cage....
