hahhaah no way...170 and you'll barely have your abs outlined

at 160 you'll start to get seperation in your hams and quads

you were a bloated 190, and were holding more water then a camels nut sack.  If you dropped all your water today you'd be 180-185 and you'd still be 15% bf...do the math, and you barely have any muscle.

Post pictures at 170 and we will see how much further we need to go from there. Just don't back out and quit. Never quit. Anyone can do this. It is the easiest thing in the world to do.

It's good to see that he is less depressed, but it is frustrating that he learned nothing from this experience.  Dealing with people like him is very frustrating.

240 is just as bad, he was talking about how he's going to get in shape by working his way up to 200lbs, a 20 lb Weight gain.

Both seem like nice guys, which is why I'm even trying to get through to them.

Indeed... i offer my knowledge to those whose place i have been in before. Experience is the best teacher though and most people will never learn until they have been there. Most are too afraid to venture there out of the comfort zone.

I have fallen out of my romance period with the way i looked at my show and feel i can do much better then that now. Im actually not too impressed with it anymore. Everytime you have to raise the bar a notch higher. I can't really be mad at jae because i too have a tendency not to listen until i experience it myself but i was always open minded and willing to try things. It usually ends up being months later before i go back to the person and tell them "wow you were right about such and such" and they roll their eyes at me and say i told you hahaha. It is all trial and error. There is no one way to go about it. He should atleast try dropping down to 155ish for once is all im saying.

IT world in NY, lots of great consulting work available

I started dieting for the mr.getbig but got interrupted a couple of times.  It is so hard to stay motivated to diet all the way down. But seeing the current competitors will be great motivation going forward

The rule is for 1 year of being clean so you would have been ok.  The holiday season in the US is the worse time to diet. Thanksgiving and Christmas are built are around lots of food and lots of liquor

I am battling the same thing also..but I see that I have at least 20-25lbs to lose to get to 170, I am just honest about it

Ohh man... hahah not only that but you become delusional and start dropping splenda and stuff like that. I remember being so hungry and waking up at 2 in the morning and going through pack after pack of sugar free gum and not allowing myself to go to sleep until i had burned off the calories of the gum with chewing. Before i knew it it'd be 5 in the morning hahahah. You literally are like a meth head in that state.

Leafy and shifted shapes are correct...

Most here would be 165-170 ripped, and these would be the people with good physiques.. 180 lbs at 6%-7 bf is difficult naturally unless you are over 6 feet tall.

220 lbs naturals are not naturals. 185-190 at 6 feet or below and ripped naturally is something only genetic freaks can do.

Leafy and shifted shapes are correct...

Most here would be 165-170 ripped, and these would be the people with good physiques.. 180 lbs at 6%-7 bf is difficult naturally unless you are over 6 feet tall.

220 lbs naturals are not naturals. 185-190 6 feet or below and ripped naturally is something only genetic freaks can do.
I'm glad you are seeing the light

170 ripped is huge for a natural.

This is Zane at 185 (possibly only 180).  I find it hard to believe that you will find any natural who can carry this much muscle

Its stupid to make the comparison because a natural frank would be that much smaller... take the example of the guy by the name of billy gunzz who was supposedly juiced to the gills at one time  :-\

"Supposedly"?

He had no base to start on, was probably on fake gear or had receptors to rival that of Sevastese. Billy Guns is a fucking joke and so is Vince Goodrum.

I say supopsedly because its hard to believe he was on any kind of steroids lookin at his pics. But then he probably got his gear from dave palumbo ;D No way I'm gonna believe Layne is anything but natural though, unless you give me evidence to the contrary.

Liquor got me and I swear it was due to work and school related stress. And I can't even hit the gym 4 times a week these days, but I keep an excel spreadsheet and look to the days where my calorie intakes was through the roof and remind myself that I've got to keep the calories low no matter what.

honestly speaking dieting is the hardest part.

I wish that I had someone to prepare my meals and remove all of the guess work and thinking for me.  For now as best I can I just try and keep the carbs to a minimum..but damn carbs taste good

I love indian food and that is not exactly light on the carbs if your know what I mean. I also love Jamican food, and again not light on the carbs. Hell, I love carbs..they taste great.

There is food store called Fuel here in NY, but their food is not cheap and they are only in manhattan.

I haven't had a protein shake in months (only PWO shakes), more and more I am seeing that I don't need it.

I don't know about you but the longer I diet the easier it get's...seriously... I have trouble the first view weeks and always fuck up for at least 2-3 times with cheat meals and such... but after 1 Month it get's easy to say no to stuff that would "hurt" your progress.

people exaggerate their weights on here so much its not even funny, hell most of the mrgetbig guys claimed 180+lbs at around 5-9 or 5-10...

Zane (a juicer) was 5-9 and weighed 175 and was more shredded than any of them. did any of the mrgetbig guys (naturals) look more muscular than Zane? no.

a 5-9 natty ripped will 99% of the time be under 160lbs.

agreed

i think all contestants should have their heights and weight confirmed using pictures for next competition.

i mean its $5000 on the line.  The least you can do is take a picture on the scale, and one beside a tape measurer.

I have a hard time believing JJ is 5'10 190lbs...even though he was a fatass

and honor looked great but he claimed to be 80kgs...with his great conditioning and weak legs..i don't see that happening unless he's >6'1

Competitors ,are not judge by how much they weigh or how tall they are. Doesn't matter if they lie about stats.

Nah guys for real I went from 85kg to 80kg during my diet, and I am 5'9. I don't really think that is heavy though is it? There are a lot of guys at my gym that carry a lot more bulk than myself :o. I didn't weigh myself on the last few days as I didn't see the point, but i must have still been around that mark I think. I don't normally weigh myself but 85kg is about as big as I have ever been though.
