my theory is that he doesnt train much or eat much
because training more makes you simply eat more. its a vicsous cycle of training more or harder and eating more you cant help it you get fucking hungry!
this guy is real tiny look at his legs his 12 inch biceps. yet his body could pull more pussy than the likes of a daddywaddy and bill gates combo just by his superior cuts!
obviously conventional methods or working out and eating do not work . ...we all know that when we started weightlifting is when we gained the most if not all muscle, now like me and the rest of you have tried bulking and cutting over and over its a stupid cycle. we end up training ourselves into extreme hunger....
all one needs to do is build up the natural' muscle we can naturally attain, once this is done we can sit back and relax and only need to do maintenance training maybe just once a week. and if you have an active job you dont need any weightlifting at all.
it aint about haveing 16 inch bicepts or even 18 have monster 12 inch biceps SHREDDED and 11 inch legs and you will have the perfect six pack while doing nothing the fat just melts away, and dont eat much.

I think he definitely does train, just not real heavy. Genetics also play a role, I have a physique more similar to this, and I train basically the same way, I would say that I have good genetics, and I eat a ton, but train heavy in the areas I want to be a little thicker (back for me).

dude you're ripped, shut up ;D seriously at your height you can eat damn near anything you like, your condition isn't that much worse than the guy in those pictures, you look fantastic and so does this guy but if you think he doesn't train you're high as a kite.

i garantee you he is barely training at all. take for example anyone who works manual labor has a 13 inch ripped arm somewhere under all that fat. the problem is that they just over eat. same for people like me who work manual labor and train every fuckin day, is it would be impossible to stick to any diet no matter how many gallons of water i drink, the more i train the more demand for food.

Theres all different types of training.......not everybody is looking to be a mass monster, but eating is essential, I eat 7-8 types daily, I just know what and when to eat.

i think it depends how much he has pushed his natural state for that physique. if that's close to his natural genetic state without pushing it, he probably doesnt need to do much to KEEP it that way

The smartest bodybuilder eat and train as little as possible, only what is needed. Saves your joints and knees, age slower. Pretty simple but not the easiest theory to follow. Training can be fun, hence you eat more to train more intense.

hah not really...im going to take an entire week off from training and cut way back on eating. i beleive being a pussy like the gaymaster is key (not eating not training)...i mean damn we all know every time we diet and train hard collectively we simply end up breaking the diet anyways and get crazy hunger for days. it happens over and over yet we think we can beat it everytime , we only get but so far in our quests because our bodyies become too deprived with the training combined with dieting.
you see when you are not training and not eating much your body isnt deprived your muscles are still full of glycogen and triglicerides(both of these key elements play crucial role in metabolism if either one is depleted either youll be hungry as fuck or your metabolism slows), everything is running full throttle and everything is a "full tank" when you are not burning the "feul" in your muscles instead your body is relying on your bodyfat because you are not "burning up" your muscles ....

its the truth i dont see any way else to look like the "gaymaster"
you have to actually go about life like a gay minimal training and eating
all you have to do is fill out your frame to have the muscle then switch to a "gaymaster" routine
day one
cup of coffee
salad with all the fixens
no training
day two
2beers
couple of chicken wings
no training
ect......

also he is russian= great genes + probably knows some russian doc in brooklyn that hooks him up prescriptions.

DW try cutting out cardio, and focusing on low rep high-intensity BW strength moves, you will build muscle without burning many calories or working up an apetite.

he does this every time.
in the lead up to the mr getbig he subscribes to 10000 calories per day whilst doing monster sessions of cardio (to explain his newfound size) and then when he comes off for a break he claims to live on a few gatorades per day (to explain his newfound lack of size).
waddy uses a few more drugs besides skunk. ;)
