The smartest bodybuilder eat and train as little as possible, only what is needed. Saves your joints and knees, age slower. Pretty simple but not the easiest theory to follow. Training can be fun, hence you eat more to train more intense.

http://weloveguys.blogspot.com/2007/09/alex-kovas.htmlmy theory is that he doesnt train much or eat muchbecause training more makes you simply eat more. its a vicsous cycle of training more or harder and eating more you cant help it you get fucking hungry!this guy is real tiny look at his legs his 12 inch biceps. yet his body could pull more pussy than the likes of a daddywaddy and bill gates combo just by his superior cuts!obviously conventional methods or working out and eating do not work . ...we all know that when we started weightlifting is when we gained the most if not all muscle, now like me and the rest of you have tried bulking and cutting over and over its a stupid cycle. we end up training ourselves into extreme hunger....all one needs to do is build up the natural' muscle we can naturally attain, once this is done we can sit back and relax and only need to do maintenance training maybe just once a week. and if you have an active job you dont need any weightlifting at all.it aint about haveing 16 inch bicepts or even 18 have monster 12 inch biceps SHREDDED and 11 inch legs and you will have the perfect six pack while doing nothing the fat just melts away, and dont eat much.
that guy is hormonized big time as gh15 would say. testoviron and zambons definetly, anavar and primo maybe. continously. probably eats very vey little as in salads and chicken breast. also he is russian= great genes + probably knows some russian doc in brooklyn that hooks him up prescriptions.
