latley i have gotten more ripped than ever in this life. basically sticking to basic one scoop of protien in 20 ounces of water 5-6 times a day 3-6 raw eggs thrown in there and sometimes blend it all up with some butter to make it creamy. basically protien and fat some veggies for fiber =ripped and easy to maintain if i do 5 days with this diet i start losing fat slowly but surely but one day of brownies , cereals, doughnuts and pizzas even while working out ALL DAY will STILL mess up your physique, i can definitly summarize that carbs do screw you up even on a hellish workout day, shure everything was more pumped and swole but newfound definition faded even halfway through the day even DURING workout. and the next day i can feel little extra padding on the abs. so from here on out fat and protein and cardio every single day

Maybe 50 years from now you will catch up with the rest of us in bodybuilding knowledge?
"donte hate" little fella

One scoop of whey,6 x a day = approximately 700 calories.
3-6 raw eggs = approximately 420 calories.
At 1120 calories, you have simply created a calorie deficit.............wond er why you get cut?
Clean carbs eaten at the right times in the right amounts do not screw up your physique..........millio ns of people eat them.
You know jackshit about training and diet.

he didnt say that was all he was eating. i think he was just saying that that is his daily scheduled sources of protein.

theres nothing wrong with eating carbs. You can eat cereals, fruits, etc. If you dont eat you wont grow anything. Thats why you always see these skinny guys training and talking how they need to lift more in the gym to gain muscle. You need to eat food.. different kinds of foods where you can get carbs..healthy fats..fiber..protein.

people make me laugh when they act like the low carb thing is some revelation, you're dropping a whole macronutrient out of your diet completely so of course you're going to lose weight due to the drop in TOTAL CALORIES, the same damn thing would happen if you dropped all protein or fats as well.

There is nothing wrong with the right type of carbs, or even the wrong type of carbs at the right time.

thats a very small part of the reason why zero carb diets are effective.
you can have a drop in calories and still have carbs in you diet.
the reason you eliminate carbs completely is not because of the drop in calories. its because it makes your body switch from burning glucose as fuel to burning ketones for fuel. and once you are all the way glucose depleted, about 48 hours of zero carbs, your brain will switch over to ketones for energy as well. this puts ketones(broken down lipids...or, FATS) at the very forefront of the energy burners. and since you dont have any glucose in your body, once INGESTED ketones(fats) are all used up, your body then switches over to STORED ketones(bodyfat) for fuel. and it does so very quickly and very effeciently.

That's scary dude! Whey Protein + Raw Eggs + Butter??? And that concoction is your main source of calories? First off, it's 100% disgusting... And 2nd, this "shake" has very little "thermic effect" because it's all too easily digested. Trust me, I've got no issues with a person cutting carbs and sticking with mostly protein & fats. However, you shouldn't force yourself to suffer anymore than you have to! Cutting carbs sucks enough as it is, so if you're cutting carbs AND solid food; you'll go nuts!
And how are you blaming CARBS for the results you get from things like (and I quote) BROWNIES, CEREALS, DOUGHNUTS and PIZZA??? I'd be much more concerned about the TRANS FAT levels in that crap, than the carbs! I'd also suspect that all the salt, loaded up in one day, might be why you feel like you get puffy after a day like that...
Though I must say, that when "correctly" following a low-carb diet plan - one day of eating just about ANYTHING (even the things you mentioned) - does nothing but GOOD things! That's just my experience; and that of quite a few people I've helped out.
-
Water follows carbs,hence the puffiness.
Also your carb sources are junk...........if you eat like the slob nextdoor, you`ll end up looking like the slob next door.
Be gald you have a fast metabolism because your lack of knowledge is incredible.

all guys with fast metabolisms are ungrateful and unaware of how lucky they are...

Youre an idiot!

Yeah thats a really good point that I have found as well. Even if you do have a cheat day and eat a lot of junk, like at Xmas or a wedding or something, you can normally come back from it withing a few days as long as you keep the carbs down a little and make sure they are clean so to speak 8).

Carbs is the macronutrient most likely to be overeaten. How easy it is to eat 1000 carb calories, compared to protein or fat? If you analyzed the diet of an overweight person, there's a chance they might not be eating too much protein, but they're definitely eating too many carbs.

protein shake 6 x a day...... c'mon daddy this is whats gonna happen :-\

DADDywaddy's diet has actually improved a bit since his Lemonade and Sea Salt Diet..What A stupid kid.. ;D

organic butter is perfectly logical 'wes' it has an omega 3 and omega 6 ratio of 1 to 1 i dare you to find a better ratio, quit being an ass and then you wont sound like such a bitter old man who has only a stack of shit going for him
-
Definitely siding with WES on this one......

that's my point, let's say you're eating 300 grams of carbs a day which is fairly moderate, that's 1200 calories, now drop down to 50 carbs a day like a very serious person would do and you're losing 1000 calories per day so OF COURSE YOU'RE GOING TO LOSE WEIGHT, consume less TOTAL CALORIES than you burn=weight loss.

my reasoning is sound , especially with my correct balance of omega 3's to 6's from organic butter . and my diet is ketogenic so wes stop being an angry man and you dont have to be hateful you can be quiet :)
tim wescot or wes , is an older male probably about 50 and looks in good shape ( just like millions) he follows what he 'knows' and when you think you 'know' you wont change or try other avenues
wes is stuck in a rut and lashes out in hate if he doesnt 'know' what im talking about

DW,it`s nothing personal bud,and I`m not bitter at all,but some of the shit you do is completely off the wall and is of no value whatsoevrr.
Anyway,it`s your physique which would be far better if you had a clue but you do look good so carry on.
On a sidenote,if your silly ass lives long enough, you`ll hit 50 one day too,not a bad thing you know, just means I`ve acquired wisdom! :)

DW, one week you are eating to gain a pound per day, the next week you're dieting on sea salt, lemmon juice, and excessive alcohol to bring out definition and shoot killer loads. :-X Your threads are hilarious. Stop trying to pass them off as something serious.

the key to shooting killer loads is alot of water and celtic sea salt. our bodies fluids and bloods are a near exact copy of the ocean.
as for my diet practices if i have reason to throw in lemon juice, sea salt, organic butter why the fuck not try it out, if its perfectly logical. i can tell you guys have gone through life never coming up with anything for yourselves and think this life is all just one way and one way only and everyone is 'stupid' for being different.
alot of our inventions have came from a 'few' great thinkers. you guys are the masses who dont care and only follow

The word you are looking for is "innovation" my friend, and I have nothing against it. We all welcome new information. That's what the board is about, but you'll have to accept debate and criticism along with praise.
Your credibility is hurting atm not so much because of an oddball dietary practice (although some stuff didn't help, like the booze thing), but because of the inconsistency of your approach. It's my impression that you flip flop frequently on your total cals, choice of foods, doing or not doing cardio, etc. It gives the impression that you are still searching for the answer rather than sharing a discovery.
All that being said, you look good tho.

Funny thing is, if you really knew what you were talking about you'd be twice your size. You stand on the shoulders of the ironage guys and spout the same thing they've been telling us for years.
1. Train like an animal. Use heavy, push-pull movements. (See DC or HIT)
2. Eat like an animal. 4,000-5,000 calories a day. Forget shakes. You can get ALL the nutrients you need from food.
3. Drink 10 glasses of water (8oz) per day.
4. Eat lo carb, high fat, high protein 6 days a week.
5. Carb load on day 7.
6. Repeat. GET BIG.

I think this guy is really handicapped or something.
