Last night at the Sacramento show, Grigori Atoyan and AD Cherry guest posed. They are both doing NPC Nationals in two weeks.

atoyan's waist has gotten wider over the years. he is still very impressive but he has enough mass...i think he should sacrafice some size for conditioning to get that pro card

2 weeks out? And they both look like shit! A lot can happen in 2 weeks but they do look like their behind a few weeks.

cherry is known for having weird hair and atoyan will never be a pro unless he is better conditioned. Unfortunately, i believe the centipede will be taking the nationals, altho im hoping for Adorthus to pull through finally.

Both look about 6 - 8 weeks out. Grigori has got some gyno going on. AD Cherry really needs to stay in the Heavies. He just doesn't have the mass for a Super Heavy. Evan C is WAY ahead of both of them.

grigori legs need major conditioning ,i'm sure last minute detail can be found with water dropped,and even though our boy alex a is only a lightweight his overall quality and conditioning seperates him from these 2 at this point.with all due respect to cherry and atoyan who are very big and have been very successful at the big shows,they need to sharpen the knives.

He was a super at the NA's. He doesn't look fine for 2 weeks out at all but that's your opnion so you are entitled to it. He should be leaner and I hate when people blame looking soft on being depleated. That's just dumb.

It seems like nowadays competitors are afraid to diet hard, not because of they think they will lose muscle (they won't) but because it's too hard....these guys have too easy now!

The last two weeks will/can make a hell of a lot of difference. By contest time you will/should see major improvements.
But my money is still on Curry to take the overall.

AD is going to compete in the heavies, he just needs to tighten up a bit.
He isnt in bad shape at all. He still has that super small waist and awesome symmetry!
Its between him and Curry, who at the Olympia looked WAYYYY offseason, so we'll see who brings their conditioning.

i would say these guys are behind, compare those 2 week out pics to that guy i forget his name, but he posted his 2 week out pics and he is sherreded to the bone with striated glutes thats how u should look 2 weeks out, you should basically be ready for a show 2 weeks out.

Of course I can, but according to him, I know nothing. And I actually don't know what kind of size he has until he loses some fat, at his weight he doesn't display even an outline of abs, or any sign of separation, too hard to tell without a BMI reading. Before I started dieting I knew exactly where I stood and if I dieted correctly where I would wind up, I also had to take in consideration my age and what kind of a roll it would or might play in my prep. Having a BMI is sobering to alot of people who think they have more muscle than they actually have. Many don't agree with BMI testing and when I say BMI, I mean having it done the right way with underwater testing but I can tell you it's about 95% accurate.

3 years ago, in Dallas , at the Nationals, Grigori Atoyan walked off the stage when he got his 2nd place trophy. Capriese Murray won the class. Atoyan has since been up & down in his placings. He did place Top 5 at the USA & 1st at the North Americans in his class. Has he been forgiven for his unsportsmanlike conduct ?

the national level has gone to complete shit. I remember when ad was a serious contender. Now guys like curry, centopani, mop the floor with guys of this caliber. Why are guys like this, guys who are on putnams level all up in the mags and in with the supp co's?.... These guys will turn into little dave p's imo.

Those don't look like gyno scars, with gyno surgery the incisions are usually invisible, meaning they are made on the outer perimeter of the nipple and the mass is removed out of there. I might me reaching and don't wether pec implants for men are the same as breast implants for women.....meaning wether they are inserted under the breast or through the armpit. BTW, he has gyno!

In men, the development of feminized breasts may cause significant emotional distress and embarrassment, particularly in young men and adolescents. Unfortunately, gynecomastia responds poorly to diet and exercise, and conventional corrective surgery may produce large stigmatizing areolar or chest scars and a flattened or concave chest. In 2004, board-certified plastic surgeons performed 16,275 corrective procedures, and in 2005 there was a 17% increase, according to The American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS) procedural statistics. This report describes a surgical approach for removal of both glandular and adipose tissue using a small 3-mm areolar stab wound incision and a piecemeal glandular resection to correct gynecomastia with minimal and imperceptible external scarring. Pectoral etching of the chest and suction lipectomy are performed simultaneously to enhance and define the thoracic musculature and further virilize the upper thorax. Garraeth you do a better job of kissing Milos' ass than you do drumming up scar conspiracies. AD is right it's the tan running off him and when lifting his chest up in those poses the sweat forms the lines. Maybe someday when you have a chest and step on stage you'll understand.
Amazing how the "scars" don't show up in his front double bicep shot.

Alex looks great and is ahead of schedule. It's not fair to compare Chery and Atoyan's condition to his, he's not the typical standard of what two wks out should look like. He's more like a few days out, all he has to do is lose water around his abs. He seems like he's been doing it for awhile so hopefully he won't spill over from being so far ahead of schedule.
I agree that Cherry and Atoyan are behind schedule. The fact that they did the USA and NA will make it more difficult for them to peak from the condition they're in with only two weeks to go. I wish them well it should be a tough class.
