It seems like nowadays competitors are afraid to diet hard, not because of they think they will lose muscle (they won't) but because it's too hard....these guys have too easy now!

AD is going to compete in the heavies, he just needs to tighten up a bit.

He isnt in bad shape at all. He still has that super small waist and awesome symmetry!

Its between him and Curry, who at the Olympia looked WAYYYY offseason, so we'll see who brings their conditioning.

i would say these guys are behind, compare those 2 week out pics to that guy i forget his name, but he posted his 2 week out pics and he is sherreded to the bone with striated glutes thats how u should look 2 weeks out, you should basically be ready for a show 2 weeks out.

Of course I can, but according to him, I know nothing. And I actually don't know what kind of size he has until he loses some fat, at his weight he doesn't display even an outline of abs, or any sign of separation, too hard to tell without a BMI reading. Before I started dieting I knew exactly where I stood and if I dieted correctly where I would wind up, I also had to take in consideration my age and what kind of a roll it would or might play in my prep. Having a BMI is sobering to alot of people who think they have more muscle than they actually have. Many don't agree with BMI testing and when I say BMI, I mean having it done the right way with underwater testing but I can tell you it's about 95% accurate.

3 years ago, in Dallas , at the Nationals, Grigori Atoyan walked off the stage when he got his 2nd place trophy. Capriese Murray won the class. Atoyan has since been up & down in his placings. He did place Top 5 at the USA & 1st at the North Americans in his class. Has he been forgiven for his unsportsmanlike conduct ?

the national level has gone to complete shit. I remember when ad was a serious contender. Now guys like curry, centopani,  mop the floor with guys of this caliber. Why are guys like this, guys who are on putnams level all up in the mags and in with the supp co's?.... These guys will turn into little dave p's imo.
