Title: Killer barbecue chicken and pinapple pasta!!!!!!!

THIS IS THE S**T!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ingredients: 3 chicken breasts (chopped) 1 green bell pepper (sliced/chopped) 1 tin pinapple pieces (in own juice) 1 bottle of low cal/reduced sugar BBQ sauce, 1 pack of wholewheat fusilli/penne, olive oil, salt, black pepper.

All you do is grab a deep frying pan/wok and add a little olive oil, when the oil's hot you add the chopped chicken breast and just keep turning until lightly browned.

You then drain the pinapple pieces and keep the juice in a glass for later, add the pinapple pieces and the chopped pepper and fry them with the chicken until the mixture is cooked throughout.

Then add salt and black pepper to taste, and drain any excess oil out of the pan.

Add the small glass of pinapple juice and when the mixture is bubbling/simmering again add about a 1/3 of a bottle barbecue sauce and continue to stir.

When ready, just pour over some hot wholewheat pasta and enjoy.


Lots of quality calories, and tastes unbelievable!!!!!

Sounds really good, but one question..why would you use low sugar bbq? Pinneaple's have a ton of sugar in them, so i don't think using regular bbq is really going to make a difference at this point...

hahaha good point, I used regular barbecue sauce myself but I modified the receipe just incase some of the gaylords on this board who are terrified of sugar have an anapheleptic shock!!!  ;D

sorry gordon ramsey, not everyone can eat the royal delicacys that you are used to.

Usually your mother cooks for me, but sometimes she can't walk after i'm done with her so I have to make soething quick to eat.

I hope you can understand.

Sounds good.

Lately i've been eaten this marinated chicken and it's fucking unbelievable too.
I aint going back to bland chicken and broccoli now.  ;D
