THIS IS THE S**T!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ingredients: 3 chicken breasts (chopped) 1 green bell pepper (sliced/chopped) 1 tin pinapple pieces (in own juice) 1 bottle of low cal/reduced sugar BBQ sauce, 1 pack of wholewheat fusilli/penne, olive oil, salt, black pepper.
All you do is grab a deep frying pan/wok and add a little olive oil, when the oil's hot you add the chopped chicken breast and just keep turning until lightly browned.
You then drain the pinapple pieces and keep the juice in a glass for later, add the pinapple pieces and the chopped pepper and fry them with the chicken until the mixture is cooked throughout.
Then add salt and black pepper to taste, and drain any excess oil out of the pan.
Add the small glass of pinapple juice and when the mixture is bubbling/simmering again add about a 1/3 of a bottle barbecue sauce and continue to stir.
When ready, just pour over some hot wholewheat pasta and enjoy.
