So, I've decided to hit the gym again and would like to get my body to look like this.

McFarland, you remember me from back in the day. I'm bigger than this guy (Hold more muscle), but no where as ripped as he is. What type of diet and workout regimen do you guys (anyone who'd like to chip in) think is needed to achieve this basic build. I'm willing to stop lifting heavy and adhere to a solid diet to come down from about 245 pounds to wherever this guy is at. I don't want a freakishly big build, just to look normal and to fit well into everyday clothes..
Suggestions..

Yea, I have a very good frame. I just think the guy naturally doesn't hold too much body fat. He looks to be a mesomorph. Whereas I probably fall in between a combination of a mesomorph and ectomorph, leaning more on the mesomorph side.

This guy's trademark look is his tattoo'ed hairstyle. He supposedly started to go bald at a very young age and due to the fact that he felt his head looked too disproportionate, he decided to just shave it all off and tattoo his entire top scalp to look like that of a full head of hair, just buzzed..

hahaha, yes although these days i am not big and im actually on here masquerading as an american hence usage of words like dude and bro, but dont tell no one yo, its a secret...just goes to show that these boards are populated by the same few people year after year, quality massive g ownage back in the day BTW!

you were not anywhere as lean, if you dieted down to his level you'd be smaller, at least from the few pics I saw.

Bast, I was definitely not as lean as the guy, but whether or not I was as big or bigger than the guy should be no question. I've taken pictures next to a few pros and I've done a pretty decent job at holding my own. Not as big as a Pro, but at least can hang at some angles.
