So, I've decided to hit the gym again and would like to get my body to look like this.
McFarland, you remember me from back in the day. I'm bigger than this guy (Hold more muscle), but no where as ripped as he is. What type of diet and workout regimen do you guys (anyone who'd like to chip in) think is needed to achieve this basic build. I'm willing to stop lifting heavy and adhere to a solid diet to come down from about 245 pounds to wherever this guy is at. I don't want a freakishly big build, just to look normal and to fit well into everyday clothes..
