if the consensus is that muscletech products are crap and jay's photos of him downing the stuff in all of the mags,then what is the opinion of everyone on what jay's DOES use as far as protein/meal replacements, vitamins, etcetera ( no, no wise cracks on his real supplement usage, i.e. aas,slin,gh)

It's not that they're crap, it's just that they're overpriced (IMO).

Yeah Muscletechs some decent shit, its just expensive like a guy. Of course Jay uses muscletech, hes sponsored by them n gets that shit for free.

I heared that most of the pros don't use any supplements at all (no joke). Creatine and glutamin are useless (not to mention testosterone boosters, as any pro would rely on his own testosteron ;D; or fat burners with no proven effect at all), protein is so fukkin overrated it's not even funny (2 gr/pd are necessary, sure ::)). With halfway decent real foods u don't need any of this bullshit at all and get easily enough protein, vitamins, and all the stuff u need for growth (when you're hormonized the right way).

Long time ago I was at a seminar by Craig Titus and Greg Kovacs.
Someone asked about creatine, and Craig started saying that all you need is 5 grams a day, and not to be fooled by labels that recommend anything greater, and that you can choose between its pure form or that mixed with sugar....then he jokingly said (this was while Greg was endorsing Muscletech), "Greg Kovacs uses the kind that is pre-mixed with sugar right?....that Celltech stuff?" and Greg had this sarcastic grin...both of them were implying that he doesnt actually use Celltech...everyone laughed...then they Greg goes, "actually some of Muscletech's products are pretty good, like the hydroxycut."
Overall from that I got the impression that they use very little/no supplements (other than protein powder) and don't necessarily use the brand they endorse, unless if they got it for free I'm sure they do.

If they get it for free i am sure they at least try it, but i doubt Jay would take trips to GNC for Nitrotech hardcore to keep a positive nitrogen balance if he wasn't getting the products free.

there are a lot of peer reviewed studies that prove creatine isn't "useless", i think that has more credibility then then something you "heared"
muscletech is infamous for its high price..not its quality. Cell tech is just creatine, dextrose, and protein...anyone can make the exact crap they sell for 1/4th of the price

The powders are convinient when on the go or too disgusted to chow down like 20 eggwhites. I think Jay uses it as some kind of treat given the "awesome" Muscletech(TM) ;D-taste.

creatine is proven to work, but it doesn't work for everyone and most studies are on untrained athletes, not bodybuilders. Besides the % it actually increases strength by is pretty small compated to what gear can do for you as a supplement.

I just got done training back and took my normal post training mix (Same as pre training):
40 grams Whey Protein
6 grams Creatine
5 grams Glutaimne
3 grams AAKG

IT IS ALL LEGIT,,see 90% of you use fake crap i wouldnt give a mouce in a lab you do it to save 30$ but in reality you fuck your body up get weaker and waste good money you could use for buying a car for example insted of paying on it 400$ a month you would be able to purchase it right on the spot if you didnt spend yoru money on shit

some supplementation is ok,and some claims are just outrageous,and the ingrediants.but whats funny about say muscltech is all the top pros say anator is getting me over the hump to the olympia finals ok,well what got u to the finals a year or so ago.marketing is a genius...
