***Setup's on a Lat pulldown machine, assistance from weight stack.
Didnt really feel like working out but went ahead with it and pulled a decent one...workout speed suffered because of lower focus but managed to finish within 1.5 hrs.
Benching was good for the most part until I decided I wanted to try a wider grip on the last set...for some reason I kept hitting the pins when I used the grip, my set got messed up after the 1st and 2nd rep. After resetting for it, I was pretty fatigued but managed to push out 3 more reps...next time I will stay at the same weight.
The 1-legged sqts are still much harder for the right leg, lol..weird. I cant wait till I can do GHR's with bodyweight with ease, this setup is a little annoying. Shoulders are nice and sore from the facepull/side lateral combo today :) Finished up with arms real quick and pulled two PR's there ;D
Will be decreasing reps for some exercises soon 8)

Actually I improved on that like last week ago, 185 x 5 for 3 sets. Not bad after a 4-5 month lay off, but these aren't my maximal pundages anyway. I'd probably end up hitting 195 for 5 for 3 sets if i kept going for another 2 weeks. But I'll be dropping the reps instead focusing on pure POWER and EXPLOSION.

I'd probably end up hitting 195 for 5 for 3 sets if i kept going for another 2 weeks. But I'll be dropping the reps instead focusing on pure POWER and EXPLOSION.

Actually I dont have exceptionally long arms, must be some weak muscle group holding me back. Plus I'm a "natural deadlifter" which doesn't help the ratio either.

everytime i don't feel like lifting i read a few of wicked's posts in his journal and instantly get pumped. I even run overchildren and small animals on the drive there. It is a scientific fact, just by READING his log you become stronger and more intense. SQAT ASS TO GRASS BROS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My breakfast shake these days is awesome.. Throw like a mix of skim milk and water into the blender with 2 scoops whey, a cup of oats and one whole banana. Great breakfast and it's quick. You can put in some instant coffee mix for a morning boost.
It's like 500 cals, but good stuff.

haider, I use Quaker instant oatmeal.. It blends in perfectly. It's the same as regular oats, but better and easier to eat and blend.
I don't soak anything. It takes me like 1 minute to prepare my breakfast hahaha and it's packed. It'll fill you up without seeming to be too filling. Great before hitting the gym too. I also add 2 table sponns of instant coffee for a morning slump remedy.

Nice, I'm all for quick recipes. I make some heavy shakes myself but never thought of mixing in oatmeal, I usually add honey which also makes the taste better pre and post workout

Ive done that before but I really hate drinking dry oats!! It irritates the shit out of my throat. Plus it tastes nasty------------good idea in concept but disgusting to drink.
I just eat my oats and drink a protein shake with nat. pnt bttr, whey and glutamine in the morning.
