what do you biatches have usually for lunch? i work in an office and these beauties last me for the whole week, two lunches a day.
-
what kind of chicken is that?
I eat whatever I want, or whatever is in the fridge
-
fried chicken, the darker one is sweet & sour
-
what the fuck dude... you pre-make your meals, yet you use white rice and breaded, fried chicken? either you are insanely ripped, or you are retarded.
-
i choose retarded ;D
-
no, i was a bit harsh..
but why wouldnt you just use plain chicken breasts(not PLAIN, but for flavor use only spices), and brown rice..? you would be fuller longer, and i can guarantee you would notice a huge difference in your body composition over just a couple of weeks.
-
i know, but whenever i get sick of plain chicken with spices i switch to fried

The know-it-all returns with, of course, his expertise. ::)
You don't have to always eat plain boring chicken breasts. Once you start dieting and get to know your body and how it responds, you will realize that you do not have to eat the way Weider mags claim you do. Unless it's the last days prior to a competition, you can use steak sauce, garlic salt, sautee (no apostrophe for me to use) them, fry them....whatever you'd like.
Tighten it up prior to hitting the stage a week or two, and that's all you need. And THAT will keep you satiated much more than a plain boring chicken breast.

Since Im dieting, Ill eat steak and rice or fish and rice alot. Im a big fan of subway as well.

That's kinda what I was thinking. You could get the same thing at KFC for a lot less hassle. The point of pre-making meals is to make healthy meals. ::)
-
i'd get sick of that food quick, eating the same thing every day

After about a week, its not really as bad as it sounds. You just have to be creative with the seasoning!

The whole "brown rice is best" is complete bullshit. The fiber difference as well as glycemic index difference is also negligible.
