He was on a very specialized HIT training program known as "ALL DRUGS", then he would write about it in FLEX magazine as if we could all apply those same techniques drug free and make gains. ::)

a good bit each week...every minute I spend on here thinking about THAT is a min less I have there, soooooooooooooooooooooo I am heading to the gym now in an effort to find the fountain of "middle age".
Right now my physique has the cuts of Vince Goodrum , the taper of Ron Aviden and the abs of onlyme.

45 minutes to an hour typically depending on how busy it is.

its not how much time is spent in the gym that matters
only one thing matters and that is total pounds lifted per day
you maybe happy if you reach a new strength level for a max or complete a high volume workout. but what matters is the total number of pounds lifted in your workout was more than any other time you have lifted in your life. if you simply do not reach your personal best on total amount of weight lifted then expect the same in return. if you lifted 200 400 3000 more pounds than anyother workout you have just set a new standard for your body . in natural bodybuilding that means expect to grow and expect to make adjustments in diet to produce and even higher level next time you want to push yourself
anything less is simply maintenance and submaximal effort dont expect to get more muscle even if you did set a maximum bench press record in reality that couldve came from a number of circumstances, form, speed, not training the day before and being fully loaded for a one rep max, none of these equat to muscle gains only a consistent number of pounds lifted over a period of time does day weekly monthly ect.

So if I curl a 1 pound dumbell for 14 hours straight that is the greatest muscle building workout?

db2431 if you did a 1 pound dumbel for 10 min 1 rep a second thats only 600 pounds
BODYBUILDER A now if you benched 135 for 10 min at 1 rep every 2 seconds for 10 min that is like 6,800 pounds big difference
BODYBUILDER B what if you benched 450 like some juicers 1 rep a minute for 10 minutes thats only 4,500
so do what you CAN do and dont be stupid and lifting heavy because if your total aint higher your not doing a damn thing

no but i have smoked crack before like 3 times in my life and snorted coke about 8 times in my life, did extacy 2 times, did around 20 hits of acid in my life over a span of two days and thats it. smoked weed nearly every day for the past 4 years and off and on for about 5 years. never done meth or heroin. i have tried special k once and that was scary ill never do that again
i would never juice because i like the way i look facially , and every person ive seen that has done juice doesnt have the greatest face and many have that permenant head growth or facial structure change or bad skin
of course im striving to push my body to its limits and ofcourse i have lots of room to improve thats why i go to drastic measures to make any little change in my body that is possible naturally

I spend about 8 or 9 hours in a gym a day... Only training for an hour tho, 5 times a week

1 Hour- 10 changing in/out, 30 weights, 20 bike

Eh, everyone's on that band wagon because I gained 15 lbs since my first show. Like no one gains weight after. ::) I wish it was all muscle, lol. No one has even noticed that I haven't posted a shot of my fat ass, lmao. Now I am dieting and losing weight....ohhhh I wonder what everyone will say when I drop 15 or more pounds?? Maybe that I have bulimia.

Huge Nasser does weights for 60-90 minutes, but usually in the 60-75 minute range per workout, and sometimes follows this with 30-45 minutes of cardio.
