Eh, everyone's on that band wagon because I gained 15 lbs since my first show. Like no one gains weight after.

I wish it was all muscle, lol. No one has even noticed that I haven't posted a shot of my fat ass, lmao. Now I am dieting and losing weight....ohhhh I wonder what everyone will say when I drop 15 or more pounds?? Maybe that I have bulimia.

Huge Nasser does weights for 60-90 minutes, but usually in the 60-75 minute range per workout, and sometimes follows this with 30-45 minutes of cardio.
