well my back was near perfect in that pic, but when someone has an outstanding bodypart more than likely other bodyparts are lagging, most likely i was just doing a good variety of pull downs dead lifts and dumbell rowns and probably took that picture right after a monster back workout. same goes for most front pictures ive taken , i probably did lots of pushups or ab work

ive learned i am not able to go on fasts any more at my current bodyfat. my body simply wont let me get away with it.
so instead these days im trying to drink a crazy amount of coffee with just a tad bit of sugar and chocolate syrup to fill up my stomach yet give me that sweet fix i need.
ive learned that no amount of vegetable will give me that sweet fix when already low in bodyfat and it is IMPOSSIBLE for me to stick to a bland tasteless diet. However i have slightly better success with more of a coffee gorging diet with small amount of sugar in each coffee serving

im trying...i tend to hit peak condition every 3-5 days and lose it for a few days then harden and tighten up a bit then lose it again, its a constant yo yo battle. at points in my life i have let myself go and simply pigged out everyday like in that shot of me with the beer.

honestly the most ever pushups ive ever done in one day was 2000 reps it took me nearly all day and all evening to complete that, its really kinda of a wasteful process because my appetite gets out of control when training like that
now im just keeping my workouts at a simple 300 reps perday and trying to eat as little as possible and gorging on coffee if i have the urge for the sweet fixation....

well i think im pretty much the same the only thing that fluctuates is bodyfat and whatever bodypart i worked mostly that day will look extra big in the picture than normally, its common sense if you spend a couple hours on working back that after the workout it should look pretty damn good, but thing is other body parts will be lacking. or if my quads are looking big and ripped other bodyparts will be lacking, im good at having one group of bodyparts looking pretty cut and big but the rest will be soft and smaller in comparison this can change on any given day

When I lived in Durham and we trained at the same gym, he was strong as hell. I'm 6'2" and don't have to look up to too many people. He's a good 4" taller than me. Somebody that tall, with that kind of thickness, is pretty rare.

Now he is fully of crazy ideas, trains weird, eats even weirder and his physique has suffered.

I thought the cat was a shtick at first. He lives by what he says. It should be obvious considering he's constantly changing his methods. If he was lying he'd never talk about change. Dude does blue collar labor all day and works out like a demon.

If I remember correctly, he followed a typical training regiment, albeit higher in volume than a lot of others.
His dad trained at the same time and, although in his late 50s/early 60s, that dude was ripped year round! With his genetics, anything Waddy eats is going to muscle, so I have no problem believing he did what he did naturally.

He thinks we're all just hating on him but that's the perspective you invariably have to go through before you can trust. The board really does want what's best for him; no matter what we say. It's almost like a collective drive to see the species continue to evolve; if Daddywaddy could harness it he could go a long way. Everything he needed for the task is there for his taking but he needs to learn trust and self-discipline before he can take advantage of it. Who knows how that could ever happen but shit, imagine the possibilities. A multi-millionaire like Ed Connors sets up guys like Daddywaddy just to see him take it into the stratosphere with no gay favors asked in return; it's possible to take it to the limit without selling out, it really is; you just have to have respect the people that make your lifestyle possible.

You have to lift because you love it, cause at some point you re not going to make any more progresses as a natural.

You have to want your physique perfect before you want the girls; perfect your physique and the money and girls automatically follow, but it's hard to isolate your focus coming from where you are; I get it, but it's still entertaining to watch your transitioning, I just wish it was transition in the right direction; I'm not sure that's the case currently though. See, you may be prone to see statements like this as hate but all the hate that's been thrown your way has been done so for the sake of your own good; you may not be able to see it until it's too late and if that's the case it's a shame. At any rate keep doing whatever you wanna do, it's all entertaining, but damn, if there was some way to get you back on a program (and I mean one with real structure) you could go a very long way; most anyone here will agree with me here.

Even when the alternative for him probably being abuse of another class of drugs? A beast of his calibre needs challenge; you get that in one of two ways, hard living, or living hard, you usually have to pick. Hey, it's not my call but this is usually the way it goes for guys of Daddywaddy's legendary ilk. Daddywaddy's gonna beast it one way or another; sad but true.

why not just lift for the sheer pleasure of doing it, whenever you feel the need? that's how i now train, not caring about "being ripped /shredded/big".I just pick up weights and train to failure when im in a rush of aggressivity, to manager my anger and stamina. I dont even schedule any training day, and just make sure to eat like 60/70 grams of pure protein coming from real solid food. As a pure ecotmorph it's really pointless and not worth the investment to aim for natural perfection, especially if you dont work in the sport/personal training area on a daily basis and has to deal with your wife, job etc
Mcfarland, not everyone, as natural weight lifters, can manage stress from job, family etc and still struggle to obtain the maximum potential of their body to achieve perfect shredded maximum "mass" on a daily basis.
It's only the goal of a very few people like you.

He would have to change completely all his habits to maintain his maximum natural potential (size , thickness) all year round, thats why after a while he simply slimmed down.
You can do it only cause your own whole life revolves around it. Is it the same for him? Thats what i'm trying to tell you with my broken english.

its not tough for me at all. many everyday joes, actors, etc have great structures and potential for bbing but pursue other as-enjoyable areas in life than the bb lifestyle. its not for everyone. wad has to want it, and he doesnt at the moment. for a career, could do a whole lot better than bbing.

From the advice you're giving Daddywaddy, you should be just fine with me thinking that of you. You're "FrenchFrie" the Getbig gimmick who does all the right things in life. You go to work, you come home, you support your kids, you don't fuck around on your wife, you have regular appetites and you get done in the gym what you have left to give to it. I don't care to know much more about the details of that existence, myself. I lived it long enough to know pretty much what it consists of. holy shit, i didnt think that pointing the fact that building muscle mass naturally was the only goal of your life would make you that unhappy.

I think that what makes wieghtlifting good, is, precisely, lifting weights and enjoying doing it, not focusing only on the results ie muscle mass growth.

so instead these days im trying to drink a crazy amount of coffee with just a tad bit of sugar and chocolate syrup to fill up my stomach yet give me that sweet fix i need.
ive learned that no amount of vegetable will give me that sweet fix when already low in bodyfat and it is IMPOSSIBLE for me to stick to a bland tasteless diet. However i have slightly better success with more of a coffee gorging diet with small amount of sugar in each coffee serving

Because I don't think he juiced, means I am gay ::), From the sounds of it, his diet lately is whack, he was likely just eating and training better when he was bigger. Maybe you guys are right he was eating Dbols for breakfast, but just doesn't seem to fit for me. Doesn't matter to me he is still a part of the getbig entertainment value, I thought he was a gimmick for a long time, but he is just one crazy dude.
