Strong is a relative word, but compared to the average human, that is strong!  Hope this helps.

Only if the drag coefficient is constant.

I have seen some really strong natural, albeit fat people in gyms. Now if you are ripped, natural and strong it would be an accomplishment and I would say it is somewhat rare.

Yes, that's strong.  I'm on a 5X5 routine and used the 90s yesterday and every time I successfully make the 5X5, I increase the weight.  I failed yesterday so will attempt the 90s again next week.  That said, it is a lot easier to have a spotter during LIFT OFF, as it really saps my energy to do that first rep.

If you weren't so gay about it, it may be believable

Becca could.

Becca could.
no she couldn't, her raw bench is probably around 350-360 for a very very hard single, she could never get 3 sets of 10 with 110 pound db's on shoulder presses.

hahahahaha, i said her best RAW bench and squat, without gear she'd get a 550 squat and 350 bench, still pretty good.

I'd be more interested to see if she could heft them into place by herself, let alone press them. I say it would be ugly. Shitload of weight.

ur word for it should be fine, mr avey. we here at getbig are trusting folks. u say u benched 500 for reps on an 'off' day, we will believe u and encourage more feats of strength in the future. if there is no such thing as a video camera where u live, and ur phone is currently in for repairs, thats cool too. just keep on pumping brotha
