Help me out here bros Im out of whey protein for a few a days and I wanted some good suggestions for protein mainly for my preworkout and postworkout you know in place of my whey shakes i usually consume before and after.

egg whites... you can boil 10-12 of them and put it in your gym bag and eat the boilded egg whites for post workout...thats as close to whey as you can get with solid food...

Ewwww, simply disgusting.
Simply take no fat milk instead of whey, if it's only for a few days it don't matter at all. Mix with soy milk for some faster protein and higher BV.

i dont drink milk it gives me the runs...and my stmache is def not going to be able to handle a dozen fuckin egg whites after busting my ass in the gym....ill puke everywhere...EWW gross

Not many options then bro...those two suggestions are the best and easiest. Maybe you can find some lactose free milk over there???
Can you cook anything pre or post?? Don't have to take hard boiled eggs with you but try eggs (1-2 whole as well) and oats 1.5 hours pre workout and egg whites and white rice post (within 30 min).

bro if it was so easy as just go and buy some f'en RTD then i would have done that...im out of whey protein for a couple days because i have to order everything online or drive 2 hours away to the next nearest base to get the protein...so thats why i was asking about alternatives...and just an update today i just didnt take any before and for ppost i came home and ate 3 hard boiled eggs in some rice with some chopped up grilled chicken...it just sits like a f'en brick since i literally shovelled it in my fat mouth like 5 minutes after the workout...so ill be good for a couple days its not the end of the world...
