egg whites... you can boil 10-12 of them and put it in your gym bag and eat the boilded egg whites for post workout...thats as close to whey as you can get with solid food...
i dont drink milk it gives me the runs...and my stmache is def not going to be able to handle a dozen fuckin egg whites after busting my ass in the gym....ill puke everywhere...EWW gross
Why don't you just buy some RTD's? Sounds pretty easy to me.
