i noticed something during the cold weather that it was hard as hell for me to stick to my diet and drink the amount of water i needed to drink to be successful. Why? Because i would freeze up and couldnt control my appetite and would overeat and drink cold water and get even colder and eat even more hahah it was the beginnings of fridgism jay culter style all mass and no cuts
i leared that drinking WARM water was the simpiliest trick even when i thought ive tried everything this is what i havent tried during the winter months to stay on diet! it works well
i hope everyone here is thankful i chose to share these master secrets from the reptilian sector of mind consciousness systems. You would never hear such wonderful things from a mere humanoid. I still do realize that we are all as one but some of us are older creatures and are not supposed to inform or help lower dimension dwelling humans and we are supposed to let them evolve naturally without help from gods.
maybe one day you will decide to give back to your great one and buy me some strippers and good crystalizing weed. For the crystals have interlayed all the extra dimensional space and is nearly fueled by crystalizing matter with more dimensional space.

yes i shouldve elaborated on the warm water.
you see it doesnt stress the metabolism like cold water does in cold weather.
So you dont get that shivering effect
such as dimensions are right under our nose
such as little natures hidden secrets lay
allways think!

Drink hot chocalate bro! Warm up some milk, I like Soy milk, throw a scoop of Whey in there and you got a bodybuilders version of hot chocalate!

raw ginger in japanese: shouga 生姜
pickled ginger for shushi: gari がり

ab wheel and hanging leg lifts
or floor slides where your in the bridge or planche position with a rug under the feet and force your feet to slide the rug and crunch

well with the abwheel i go all the way out and let my stomach touch the floor but not my arms this makes for a crazy tricep burn in the higher reps
first set ill get 15-20 ill lay on the floor and bust out another 10 lay and rest and just keep knockin out 6-10 till i get about 50-60 or so

I hate doing ab work really. I'm somewhat of a lazy trainer.
When I force myself to do it I'll try something like what you're describing.
Since...abs are critical as far as aesthetics go.

its all low calorie diet and simply having a bit of an ab pump.
i can lose my abs in a few days but gain them back in a week and a half
