What happens to all those "extra calories" assuming you have been VERY STRICT and not cheated on a "standard" bb type diet the past 5-8 weeks whatever?
I've heard many ppl say it "boosts your metabolism"-- any truth to this?

I heard this.
Also, if you eat clean for a couple of weeks then eat like a horse one day, the day after that I think people always look way better and a fuller physique. Must be something in it...

Metabolism does get a spike there is no question about it, when you eat a shitload of food and wake up the next day hungry, thats a sign.

very little will happen. depending on how many calories your metabolism burns in a day you could put on some fat (3500 cals over maintenance will cause a 1 lb gain in fat) but if you only do it once it won't make much of a difference
