Due to the arrest made on Hidetada Yamagishi last year, our company terminated our sponsorship contract with him as of December 20th, 2007.
Since he is no longer our athlete, we decline to comment on his current status.
Not even his sponsor believe in him :(

For a japanese company that doesn't want to be linked to steroid smuggling on planes, the trial is worthless anyways. He was in jail, it's over for him.

本来ならプロ選手として模範とならなければならないところを、逆に皆様の信頼を損ねる結果を招き大変残念でなりません。この事件を受け弊社は2007年 12月20日を持ちまして山岸秀匡との専属契約を解消致しました。同時に今年10月12、13日に予定しておりましたIFBBプロボディビル大会「ジャパンプロ・グランプリ」の開催も中止致しました。
今回の薬物所持に関し、所属事務所として察知できなかったことは痛恨の極みでありますが、今後はこの問題の解決に全面的に協力しボディビル界の名誉回復に全力を傾ける所存でございます。

As a professional athlete, he has to be a good example but as opposed to this i feel it is deeply regrettable that the result is that he lost all your trust. Because of this, our company has annulated the exclusive contract with Yamagishi Hidetada on the 20th of december 2007.
At the same time we have cancelled the IFBB professional Bodybuilding event "Japan Grand Prix" scheduled for 12-13 october of this year.
This time, the fact that illegal medicals were used was missed by our buereau is extremly regrettable, but we are with all our powers entitled to universally eliminate this problem from now on in all aspects to regain the honor of the bodybuilding world.
Please let's continue our endless efforts, we wish for your kind regards.

Ah, I haven't been payin that close attention, but thanks. Whenever any pro bb is brought up on any kind of steriod/bb chemical charge before a formal hearing you already know they're guilty....the trial is just a formality.
That's like bringing up a pathetic gangbanger on any kind of gun related charge. Gee, I wonder if they had, used or sold a gun?

As far as I know, Hide wasn't forced into anything, he made his own decision, he chose to transport the drugs, pro bodybuilders whether moral or immoral, against the law or not against the law......make their own decisions. It's Hides fault for the position he is in, not the industries fault.
