Fucking cardio, but I am not blessed with Squatfathers physique so I need to do some Cardio especially after the Christmas time.
So to speed up things a little I was thinking to do a 30min Bike after workout... what ya all think?

How much you weight atm? Cuz I gaines 4 kilos hahaha over Christmas time, so I'm now around 102-104 so there is no chance I want to run with my extra weight.
You think 30min Bike is an ok solution to get rid of the Christmas fat?

Fuck cardio, calorie defecit diet and add half an hour of light weights going for the pump.

I do about 30/45 mins on the treadmill. It's great for your metabolism, and you keep up your heartrate for a long time.

for a year and a half i did cardio after every workout, but then i found out how many calories i actually burn in a day and i was surprised. So i would just say clean up you diet and cardio isn't even needed. it is a good exchange!

depends what your doing, if your walking slow or at medium pace forget it, your heart rate will drop to normal within half hour even less, if you were running for 20-40mins then your heart rate stays high for much longer..running is better for fat loss, but overdoing it = muscle loss which dont really matter on getbig cause were all just to big anyway
