I like how he mentions a gorilla vs a lion. I may be wrong, but one is a upland/jungle creature and the other is a savannah one -ie.they would only meet in a zoo. I'm pretty sure he's ad mixing the environments with the other creatures, too. Pure fantasy league combat.

At 5:13 that buffalo showed he got some big ass cohones. Looks like the tables have turned. I know its nature but the lions got a dose of reality and got what was coming to them. Lions will go on a veggie diet for the rest of the week. Brave buffalo's. You can imagine the agony little buffalo was in, there you got a lion puling you on the nose and a huge crocodile biting on your ass.

tiger's and lion's are best ambush predator, maybe not 1 on 1. in other words if you took the fight to them they would probably get sick of it and go elsewhere, to find an easier meal. which is not to say they can't fight back, but specialized in sneak attacks....the tiger vs lion one which is quite frankly the most boring debate on the net. doesn't mean much does it? how pissed off are either...can they even be arsed fighting? hahaha, some people must think if two animals come in contact with each other they will automatically fight to the death ::) ;D

Iv found stats that list a chimpanzee tested at 135lbs bodyweight pull 1,000lbs on a row. It also lists silverback gorillas at 27x the strength of a normal man.

all that strength doesn't mean much, the lion is too fast, too agile to be caught, and not only that the strength would be neutralized by a claw ripping through its muscle tissue very deep.

no the wont fight to the death because the male lion will back off and run away. tiger is a lot more skilled and stronger fighter. i didnt know that if i didnt see multile fights between them on youtube. Hey its not the issue that the male lion is a great animal and predator. We all think that. But there is absolutely no video whatsoever where a male lion beats a tiger in combat, but plenty of video's where tigr is dominating the lion. For the simple reason that tiger is a much skilled fighter, has longer legs and can throw more and accurate punches like the video showed. That lion was absolutely in his prime and at his most agressive state. I like the lion too and i was a little disappointed that tiger is a better fighter, but im not the person that tries to change the truth for own preferences like you do.
Get over it, a female or male, not even in its prime tiger beats a male lion in its prime each and every time.
