his chest is tiny,,his pecs look horrid,,his arms are too big ,,his symetry is bad,,he is a freak but his waist like already on the way out the window,,he cant grow with out ruining himself and this is at 235lb on a wet day,,

hey GH i've always wanted to ask you what your opinion of Mike Francois was? what kind of stuff did that guy take to achieve that type of thickness?
he had foundation,,he was tom prince with foundation unlike tom prince that did insulin and hgh and duretics from usa to china and back on a regular basis ,,he used what every one else used at the time but relied on constant work in the gym since it was work in gym first and hormones to enhance this work... rather than hormones first and work in gym to enhance hormone intake now days
just a strong guy with or with out hormones that built good foundation and relyed mainly on aas like it should be

you got ron arnold dorian haney and sergio/levrone fighting there for the 5th spot,,thats top 5 ,,,rest couldnt make it and couldnt sustain the loads of drugs needed as in the ability to tolerate it and stay functionable

when hes 37 he will be a cartoon figure.... that happens to have great shape and striations & calves not size, width, but an anatomy chart cartoon character....hahahahhaha

Hell yeah he did. I remember this one shot of Francois in Flex, he was under a vertical leg press, his legs were cut up and grainy as hell, more so than Dorian's ever were. And he beat Nasser back at the 94 NOC I believe, and he had that grainy-ness back then as well. He was a bit blocky, but he had a better flowing physique than Mr. Blocky, Jay Cutler. His 1997 BFTO segment was mind-blowing.

With all due respect Lift, Phil Heath is not the most talked about bodybuilder in the world. Cutler, Coleman, Martinez all are very much in the spotlight and discussed way more often that Phil Heath.

Shawn is a fucking asshole but I always wondered why pros didn't go to him to be their "guru".
I am pretty sure that if he was working with some pros and teaching them how to pose, they would look amazing and shredded

before i go to gym i tell yuo guys another story,,
2 days ago i was training in a gym were i regularly train at when im in specific city,,there is this hispanic mix of vanezuelan and white guy trsining there,,,that fella is maybe 28,,,in any case,,,all the time i knew he was nothing but drugs but he could puill the look well,,i also knew what the operation has done in regards to the underground shit he used in mega dosing,,4-5 months ago he still maintained his muscle mass,,,i said to couple locals that know me and kiss my ass on regular basis that i give this guy another 3 months to look anything,,,3 months have passed and 2 days ago he entered the gym and from his old 260lb of jacked hard phil heath like arms a new 200lb soft quiet guy was born,,,
this story is true to everyone friends,,,now yu osee the real bodybuilders the ones with connections,,now days ,,,this time right now you see who is a bodybuilder because they do not shrink they got the goods,,they know their sport,,,they have foundation
you look around you next couple months and yuo will see this in its prime,,,now the big boys from underground garbage mega dosing are shrinking ,,,took about 6 months but now its start all over ,,,now the real bodybuilders remain and the garbage is getting washed away
take a look at your local gym in america in particular ,,,you will notice it

Sorry but I don't idolize any bodybuilders. He's a friend and yes proud of him but that doesn't equate to idolizing him. We have a friendship and a business relationship. He's the most talked about bodybuilder in the world today.
I'm simply stating gh15 never won a bodybuilding show in his career and loves to belittle others who are having more success than he ever did on stage.

In my experience, people act like this when they are just bullshiting. They have no more an idea of his/her identity than I.
