Damn, when you hear people at the gym who are dieting or just started a diet, they talk like they were going to die.
why is that ?
that dude said to me yesterday: "Damn man I started dieting yesterday I feel so bad from all the low carbs I barely have the energy to walk" ::)
I told him he was delusional and that it was all in his head. Sure dieting sucks, there is nothing fun with dieting but you won't drop dead because you are low carb
people will do anything for attention, maybe the dude wanted me to give him props because what he does is so exeptional ? ???

yeah but I am not even talking about the temptation. Just how you feel when you are low carbs.
low carbs, my energy level are pretty much the same as in the off-season and my workouts are just as good. And I don't have that stupid "I just ran 3 marathons and didn'T sleep for 345 hours" look in my face

In truth, if you're doing a low carb keto diet you do feel like shit the first couple of days
not that much.
but the guy's carbs werent as low as a keto diet, he told me he was still eating 4 cups of rice per day
that's more than enough carbs to feel good

I still don't see what the big deal is. So you drag ass a little. I guess from wrestling so many years i got used to dieting down and you just learn to ignore the shitty feeling and go on.

Agred. It's not that hard. It's actually an evercise in INaction. Just DON'T eat certian things.
Whatever. They want attention. It's not that hard, not rocket science and we're doing it to ourselves. They should shut up and enjoy the benefits that come if they actually STICK to a diet...

I explain that to my stupid "friend" (not really a friend, juste a dude who hang out with me and my real friends). He started dieting and he started to yell at his girlfriend because she was eating ice cream ?
what an asshole, she can eat ice cream all day long in front of him if she wants, that's not her fucking problem if he is on a diet

AT ONE POINT I HIT A PLATEAU AFTER I DID THAT AND STARTED MY GROUND TURKEY, EGG WEIGHTS ON SATURDAY GOING IN TO THE FOLLOWING WEEK MY FAT LOSS CONTINUED.

Absolutely. You wouldn't believe the difference it makes if done right. If you do it right, diuretics are unneccessary, and actually flatten you out a lot.

Dieting involves lifestyle changes that most normal folks can't make.
I agree it isn't hard or even rocket science once you learn how. Not is it simply a matter of reading shit on the internet or listening to some expert. It's actually trying it yourself and learning from your subjective experience on what to do. Sort of like trail and error.. I have a much better idea now on how to to lean out, and can actually do it; this is in contrast to the past where I thought I knew, but didn't
