Damn, when you hear people at the gym who are dieting or just started a diet, they talk like they were going to die.why is that ?that dude said to me yesterday: "Damn man I started dieting yesterday I feel so bad from all the low carbs I barely have the energy to walk" I told him he was delusional and that it was all in his head. Sure dieting sucks, there is nothing fun with dieting but you won't drop dead because you are low carbpeople will do anything for attention, maybe the dude wanted me to give him props because what he does is so exeptional ?
Becuase most people are weak and will give in to temptation.
In truth, if you're doing a low carb keto diet you do feel like shit the first couple of days
TRY FASTING FOR 5 DAYS ON DISTILLED WATER, MULTIVITAMINS, B COMPLEX VITAMINS, STIMULANTS, CHEWING GUM, GH SUPPLEMENTS, AND I STILL WENT TO WORK AND THE GYM.
yeah but I am not even talking about the temptation. Just how you feel when you are low carbs.low carbs, my energy level are pretty much the same as in the off-season and my workouts are just as good. And I don't have that stupid "I just ran 3 marathons and didn'T sleep for 345 hours" look in my face
