Title: question for milos
Post by: roc on April 01, 2008, 01:55:52 AM
a friend of mine clicked on you web site and observed you charge 500.00 an hr for a consultation. don''t you think that is a extremely inflated price?  and do you get clients from middle class incomes that pay $ like that?  i respect your knowledge and im not bashing,
it just seems to me that only the very wealthy could afford a steep price like that. thanks!!

He provides you with some of his snake oil and as much insuline and GH as you can stand without dying in that period.

How's that sound?

No way!!

You can train with Milos and drink his wonderful snake oil drink!! I think this is worth at least 1000$$, so in my eyes it's already 50% cheaper!!!!!!!

On a serious side note: The only thing that will get noticably bigger when training with Milos is his purse.  ;D ;D ;D

Hope this helps.

i just don't see how he can sell that price to someone with a middle class income, what the hell would he say in one hr?
i don't know a thing about him other than he owns one hell of a gym. i would think if he came down on that 500.00 like half, maybey he would draw more prospects,or maybey he does have a large base of client's.

Apparently, Milamar is the only woman he ever fucked; and that was years ago. Brigit was the only one Nasser "fucked-up".  Who were the other fitness girls Nasser fucked? Considering he's retired, single, and living in San Diego....hmmmmm.  Poofter?

Well, to say simply: EVERYTHING IS RELATIVE...after all.
My sister, laparoscopic surgeon and medical professor in Medical University of Novi Sad, Serbia performing about 25 surgeries a month and working 50+ hours a week doesn't make for entire month - what I charge for one hour consultation.

Poor sis...

Do I think I can compare my hour to her minute....? A hell no...yet - she is very happy that I am able to collect that much money doing something so trivial in comparison to her work...

Now, I charge HALF of what my good friend Charles Poliquin charges...and probably "almost nothing" to several "celebrity trainers" who can't really even "clean my shoes"...if you know what I mean...

So, like everything in this world - YOU MUST REMEMBER THE MOST IMPORTANT: YOU WILL NOT GET WHAT YOU ARE WORTH BUT WHAT YOU NEGOTIATE FOR... ;)

Does fat, out of shape golfer loaded with alcohol, fully loaded with cholesterol, probably smoking during his practice...etc - deserves to make more in one hour than complete IFBB Olympia prize money winners combined?

Does...well...you got a picture...

I will tell you this:

For all "starving students" (and "cheepo's" ;D) I often organize FREE SEMINAR - so whoever is really interested could indeed come and question me up and down - to oblivion...

I started my website years ago and there I often answered EVERY QUESTION I WAS ASKED - for free...ALWAYS...and I am still doing it when my time permits...

So, if you are interested - maybe we can organize another seminar....(we as getbig/Koloseum/Milos...like last year in May...?)

I am not one to jump to Milos's defense....but he's right.  He chrages about the same as most Pro's even those like Frank Zane.  For the same money....would you train with Milos..or Frank?  Personally, I would hire neither but would find talking to Frank nteresting..but not $500 intersting.

Also....Milo's is correct on so called "Hollywood" trainers.  I met & talked with Harley Pasternak one time.  Talk about a guy that got into the right gig at the right time.  I was never impressed by him, but, someone bought his line of crap.  This guy makes more money per hour than Milos.  After meeting him & spending a day with him you would be like "what the hell?"  Bob Greene is another guy that makes more money than Milos.  Amazing how these guys got into it.

Knny - I would love to give you free one hour consultation and let you decide (and maybe post here?) if you think I am worth what I charge...
I know that you are not exactly my biggest fan - so I think it is fair offer?

One thing I didn't mention...I do 75% of consultations FREE (which is not really fair to my paying costumers...but that is the truth...My (should I say sad?) truth indeed...But, I wouldn't do it any other way...)

Consultation is $500/hour...workout only $250... ;)

I was giving you free consultation and I wasn't planning to make you workout...
Interested?

And I am not being sarcastic ...or playing games...

I always put the money where my mouth is - but somehow people don't take that as my sincere offer to everyone to check my "walk" and my "talk" and whatever goes in between...

I enjoy doing what I am doing so it is not work for me...it's pure pleasure.

Hey milos i wrote this last year and you never gave me any feedback (sorry for using koloseum as the place where the event happened, without your authorization but take it as free advertisement).

Holy crap i beat ronnie coleman
Published by benz on Nov 01, 2007

So i thought it would just be another day at Koloseum Gym, the new mecca of bodybuilding. I woke up early in the morning, took my usual protein shake and self injected some russian dianabol. You know, i’m a bodybuilder, this is normal.
I got in my old chevrolet impala modded by some hispanic guys for a few bucks, and started driving to the gym. s I was driving something happened, and I knew then that the day would be special. I saw a tape in my deck,
and i was like “Umhh What is this?” so i pushed the play button, and these mexi-english lyrics started to play all over my nice car, lyrics glorifying rape and inviting people to kill “pigs” which i assume, it stand for cops, hardcore tape.
After 20 mins listening to this music, i finally arrived to Koloseum Gym, parked my car and went in. As usual, Milos Sarcev, also known as The Mind, was there, welcoming his customers and training his guys, his warriors, the so called future of bodybuilding.
While going into the gym, i noticed a guy, but not just that normal big guy you see in this gyms, this guy was THE 8TH TIME MR OLYMPIA: RONNIE “BIG RONNIE” C-O-L-E-M-A-N, i was damn amazed to see this huge black animal using the same machines i used everyday.
I quickly started to workout next to him, trying to imitate & learn everything from him. After some minutes doing bench press with 500 lbs! he stand up , looked around and said: “Hey boy, bring me some water mixed with NO explode, NOW”. I looked around too
and saw nobody else so i asked him “Are you talking to me?” and he said “Yes boy, now go for my water and no explode, i’m training for Mr Olympia 2007″. Everything was ok until this, i might be a small guy compared to him, but i ain’t nobody’s bitch, not
even a black men bitch. Ronnie kept looking at me, waiting for his water mixed with NO, and i kept looking at him to, i had the eye of the tiger look in my eyes. Suddenly, Ronnie started to insult me, by calling me “useless white trash” and “joke bodybuilder”
so i replied back with “Shut up fatty, you ain’t no fucking MR O, your career is over, you look like a damn COW”. As you can imagine, this pissed him off so bad that he started to say some badass hardcore insults, those ones you learn in compton, east la, watts,
etc, and after that, he said “Let’s go outside and fix this matter NOW”. I am no pussy and accepted his duel, we went outside, Milos was watching and so many other bodybuilders and the fight started. Big Fatass Coleman tried the typical 1-2 punch mix with me,
but since i’m smaller i easily evaded it, then it was MY turn. I started with some low kicks straight to his penis, made him fall on his knees and, while imitating van damme, i connected a straight mawashi kick in his face, HE WAS B-L-E-E-D-I-N-G and i was
FURIOUS!. Quickly before he could stand up, i saw this trashcan outside Koloseum, the trashcan where all the warriors puke after training with Milos, and picked it and threw it to Ronnie. That was enough for the 8th time Mr. Olympia, he was badly injured, he
couldn’t stand up because he’s way too fat, and while all bodybuilders were looking at me, showing me respect, i started shouting out loud “HOW ABOUT YOU BRING ME A FUCKING BOTTLE OF WATER MIXED WITH YOUR BLOOD, MR. O?”, and Ronnie started to cry, he even said
sorry to me and promised to never make fun again of the small guys at the gym. Most of you won’t believe my story, but for those who were at Koloseum Gym that day, including Milos, they will never forget that the 8th time Mr Olympia, cried in the parking lot
and begged for mercy from this poor small white man who just wanted to learn from the king, and ended teaching the king, a good lesson.

Haven't you heard of supply and demand?  If Milos is asking $500 and getting enough clients to make the kind of money he wants then the demand is sufficient for him to price his sessions at $500.  If no one, or too few, are willing to pay him his asking price, then he needs to lower his price to increase demand for his consultation services.

Milos is running a business, not a charity.  He's going to do like all good capitalist entrepeneurs and ask for as much as the market will bear.

I, for one, can't see spending that kind of money for Milos's advices, but then again, I'm not willing to spend thousands of dollars on legal and illegal bodybuilding supplements and substances either.  Many are.

Are you serious Milos? If so let's get this set up and happening!

You know I am serious.
I would offer monthly seminar if there is enough interest...no problem.

I'll tell you all my "Milos experience". I'm a gym owner and personal trainer with 14 + years of experience. Well educated experience (as in not a corporate gym know nothing trainer) I had a difficult client claiming my nutrition plan was ineffective for her. I've trained 3 pro bbers, 8 pro football players, a bunch of weekend warriors, and a gazillion housewives and regular people.  I understand nutrition, exercise, anatomy, etc. I study it daily as I have for the past 15+ years or so. I decided to e mail Milos to see if we put our heads together, if we could come up with the solution to the nutrition dilemma. My wife being Serbian, has taught me the language for the past 9 years so I e mailed Milos in his native language with my best effort and plenty of bad grammar. Not only did he respond quickly, but he gave me his cell phone # to call him so we could discuss the problem I was experiencing and see what we could do about it at ABSOLUTELY NO COST TO ME!  At the end of the day, the client admitted her nutrition was nothing like I had prescribed and since then, she's followed my original plan with great success. I left Milos a message to say thank you so much for the offer and for extending yourself to me in an effort to help. He's a class act.
You can knock a man for his accomplishments and you can pathetically try to knock a respectable man off his well deserved podium, but in the end, you're the one looking a like a budala. Razumijes me?

Sorry if that wasn't clear. Milos offered his help pro bono when I contacted him. I contacted him before the client fessed up. It was after I received his e mail that she confessed. Since there was no issue as she had made it seem, I left a message telling Milos thank you very much and there's no situation/nutrition confusion after all.   I didn't want to waste his time since there was no issue

And how do you decide which customers have to pay and which not?? ???

Just right now I have other interests.  I work out just to stay in shape & strong these days.  I just don't have any ambitions.

Maybe when I decide to...i'll give you a ring.  Right now the only thing I've been concentrating on training is our Rottweiler.  He's got more Champion potential than I ever will have.

Unless you know or have personal experience with Milos I find it hard to get a read on him. You hear so many conflicting information.
Good, sincere guy or self-serving demon who destroys lives for sport (LOL!)

I never want to fault a man for wanting to make a good living. Everyone wants others to give them or do something for them for free but they rarely do it themselves. If someone wants to pay him $500/hr then good for him. I wish I could command that kind of scratch.

He's a good bodybuilder though. Much better than current champ.

For many of the GB who complain about $500 hourly rate....it's a professional service rate.  The service is for the pro-bb's and future pro's, in pro-level.  Obviously, these pro's know the benefits they will gain from Milos; just as other pro's training with the other reputable names in the industry.  Just because you make it into the pro ranks doesn't mean you know how and what to do, to take your physique to the next level and win.  You have to make a distinct improvement every year, and you would need professional trainer and guidance.  The judges are always looking for improvement per competitor. The dedication, cost, experience, winning, and knowledge these pro's render enable them to justify pricing their autograph pics; nevertheless fans are willing to pay.  The $500 rate will last these guys a long time.  Keep in mind that pro-bb is beyond the "I need to lose a few pounds" $30 hourly rate.

The 500.00 is a steal also. I e-mailed Chad a few yers ago and just for an e-mailed plan for the year offseason + precontest, it was 3500.00. i did a consult with milos a few years back when the price was "cheaper" 350.00 for the hour. For that money I got a offseason leading up to an precontest "program", nutrition, and his coveted "INS" protocol. That saves me years of trial and error figuring this stuff out. Somethings your going to have to do for yourself that chad or hany or george farah can't do and that is to learn your own body.

Other than the difference in price, why did you decide to go to Milos?  I've been to his website, and he truely knows the molecular science behind muscle growth, as well as other sciences of the human body.  The man is a scientist.  Well, unlike Chad.  Chad turned his wife into a FrankenZilla, the root cause to the decline of female BB.

That's the exact reason. From reading his material i knew this man knew what he was doing and knew how the body works. He has a track record of not only competeing with the best he has trained and advised THE BEST. If i needed the info now I'd pay the 500.00, it would save months or even YEARS of trail and error..look at it as an investment in yourself, especially if your serious..i've mapped out a 5 year plan implementing the things he has taught me to get to where i want to be.

if your thinking about doing it. Make sure you make a list of the questions you want to ask him in addition to the info he'll give in the consultation. He's very down to earth to speak to, but a little hard to understand because of his accent. The information is a little overwhelming, kind of likegetting a drink of water from a fire hydrant, LOL! but well woth it. Also read the hell out of his website. I'ts a wealth of info that not only will aid you in taking your physique to the next level or all the way if that's what you want, but information that will make you a healthier individual overall.

The $500 is a bargain.  Like Big Dub said, Milos saves you YEARS of trial and error and knows exactly what works and does not work.  You will learn more in a few hours with him than you ever learned in all your years of bodybuilding.  I guarantee it.

Also, it is amazing how much misinformation there is about what Milos recommends for his pros.  The rumored protocols are not even close to accurate.  ;)

And, to respond to a previous poster, Milos has never been anything but extremly nice, kind and helpful to me.  In my opinion he goes out of his way to help others because he truly loves what he does and helping others improve.

Wow!!  I'm not a bb, nor am I in the pro-level of fitness; I am doing it for my health.  But I feel and look as though I should be competing.  I totally agree with the on or off-season discipline regarding exercise and nutrition, that Milos talks about.  If I were a pro-bb, Milos would be my trainer.

**Nevertheless, for many skeptics (of Milos), and future bb's, Milos offered a group seminar.  He mentioned it on this thread.

Not Nasser or Shawn....Hmmmmmm?

Nah, i'm not a pro, YET!

thanks for responding milos. i was just wondering the type of clientel you delt with.
obviously you are a professser in this sport. i was wondering if the people you deal with are aspiring amateur or professional B.B.  it  just seems like a ton of cash for 1hr. let alone to fly there from whatever destination, in my case the east coast. money for hotel, ect! i just can't see how that could be profitable for you if you are dependent on schmoes like me to come out and heed your advice.......  and do you have a large collection of pros that you train like charles glass?

I don't train bodybuilders, I train athletes and I can honestly say none get sick before an event nor do they blow out a knee and quad at the same time while sprinting :-X
