For many of the GB who complain about $500 hourly rate....it's a professional service rate.  The service is for the pro-bb's and future pro's, in pro-level.  Obviously, these pro's know the benefits they will gain from Milos; just as other pro's training with the other reputable names in the industry.  Just because you make it into the pro ranks doesn't mean you know how and what to do, to take your physique to the next level and win.  You have to make a distinct improvement every year, and you would need professional trainer and guidance.  The judges are always looking for improvement per competitor. The dedication, cost, experience, winning, and knowledge these pro's render enable them to justify pricing their autograph pics; nevertheless fans are willing to pay.  The $500 rate will last these guys a long time.  Keep in mind that pro-bb is beyond the "I need to lose a few pounds" $30 hourly rate.

The 500.00 is a steal also. I e-mailed Chad a few yers ago and just for an e-mailed plan for the year offseason + precontest, it was 3500.00. i did a consult with milos a few years back when the price was "cheaper" 350.00 for the hour. For that money I got a offseason leading up to an precontest "program", nutrition, and his coveted "INS" protocol. That saves me years of trial and error figuring this stuff out. Somethings your going to have to do for yourself that chad or hany or george farah can't do and that is to learn your own body.

Other than the difference in price, why did you decide to go to Milos?  I've been to his website, and he truely knows the molecular science behind muscle growth, as well as other sciences of the human body.  The man is a scientist.  Well, unlike Chad.  Chad turned his wife into a FrankenZilla, the root cause to the decline of female BB.

That's the exact reason. From reading his material i knew this man knew what he was doing and knew how the body works. He has a track record of not only competeing with the best he has trained and advised THE BEST. If i needed the info now I'd pay the 500.00, it would save months or even YEARS of trail and error..look at it as an investment in yourself, especially if your serious..i've mapped out a 5 year plan implementing the things he has taught me to get to where i want to be.

Awesome!

if your thinking about doing it. Make sure you make a list of the questions you want to ask him in addition to the info he'll give in the consultation. He's very down to earth to speak to, but a little hard to understand because of his accent. The information is a little overwhelming, kind of likegetting a drink of water from a fire hydrant, LOL! but well woth it. Also read the hell out of his website. I'ts a wealth of info that not only will aid you in taking your physique to the next level or all the way if that's what you want, but information that will make you a healthier individual overall.

The $500 is a bargain.  Like Big Dub said, Milos saves you YEARS of trial and error and knows exactly what works and does not work.  You will learn more in a few hours with him than you ever learned in all your years of bodybuilding.  I guarantee it.

Also, it is amazing how much misinformation there is about what Milos recommends for his pros.  The rumored protocols are not even close to accurate.  ;)

And, to respond to a previous poster, Milos has never been anything but extremly nice, kind and helpful to me.  In my opinion he goes out of his way to help others because he truly loves what he does and helping others improve.

Wow!!  I'm not a bb, nor am I in the pro-level of fitness; I am doing it for my health.  But I feel and look as though I should be competing.  I totally agree with the on or off-season discipline regarding exercise and nutrition, that Milos talks about.  If I were a pro-bb, Milos would be my trainer.

**Nevertheless, for many skeptics (of Milos), and future bb's, Milos offered a group seminar.  He mentioned it on this thread.

I found it...

I will tell you this:

For all "starving students" (and "cheepo's" ;D) I often organize FREE SEMINAR - so whoever is really interested could indeed come and question me up and down - to oblivion...

I started my website years ago and there I often answered EVERY QUESTION I WAS ASKED - for free...ALWAYS...and I am still doing it when my time permits...

So, if you are interested - maybe we can organize another seminar....(we as getbig/Koloseum/Milos...like last year in May...?)

I love people (#1); I love to make a difference (#2) and encourage friends to make things happen (#3)...pointing out that TODAY is the best day to start... ;)

If you want, you certainly can and therefore you must...

If you are doing something...anything...a nything at all - realize that you could/should do that same "anything" with 100% of your effort rather than simply doing it...
If you want to compete - try to win...and break the world record doing it... ;)

thanks for responding milos. i was just wondering the type of clientel you delt with.
obviously you are a professser in this sport. i was wondering if the people you deal with are aspiring amateur or professional B.B.  it  just seems like a ton of cash for 1hr. let alone to fly there from whatever destination, in my case the east coast. money for hotel, ect! i just can't see how that could be profitable for you if you are dependent on schmoes like me to come out and heed your advice.......  and do you have a large collection of pros that you train like charles glass?
