Here is an hour long lecture by Manly Palmer Hall, recorded days before his death on August 29, 1990. In this lecture he shares a masterful summary of some of the greatest esoteric teachings that have trickled down the ages of mankind through ancient mythology, ritual, symbolism, mystery schools (secret societies) and the occult. Throughout our vast history, these teachings have been taught only to the most privileged among the social order and now they're becoming available in a time which is vital to us for our understand in order to save our species from the path towards self-destruction. This is the sort of wisdom that has the capacity to save us from ourselves, and at the same time connects us with our higher selves.
Manly Palmer Hall (March 18, 1901 - August 29, 1990) widely regarded as a sage and teacher steeped in the wisdom of antiquity, was one of the leading esoteric scholars of the twentieth century. In 1934, he founded the Philosophical Research Society (www.prs.org (http://www.prs.org)) in Los Angeles, which continues to publish Hall's many works and pursue his educational mission. In 1973 Mr. Hall was recognized as a 33º Mason (the highest rank possible in the Scottish Rite).

The suffering's here
The wait is gone
The streets are filled
Wiath a hollow song
Got a new death
It lurks outside
Follows me home
Waiting for me
Lost your sould
Dommed and cold

Heart full of hell
Room to burn
Heart full of something
Unclean
Dreadful to know
Fair in the mirror
Hard on the soul
They should have known it
From birth
Pain
Had come to this world

This guy was awesome. He dedicated his books to "the rational soul of the world."

a man who listens with heart
can discover his art
many say
they say nay
a good deed indeed
that we can still see you see
more than he beleives
many come and go
have they known
there works of labor
and how it favored
here we are now
fresh by ourselves
others dont know yourself
the new age has begun
time to be your number one
variety follows for fun
