Pretty good. From what i understand he is 198 and 29yrs old. I was 212ish in my video where i did 5 reps with 160's and i was dieted down and weaker...not to mention 24yrs old.......can a brotha get some credit now???????? ;D

you're a strong guy but nowhere near as strong as this dude or as developed from what i can see.

LOL nope im not anywhere near as strong hes one of the strongest in the world at his wt....but considering i train for how i look, and not what i can lift and am 4yrs younger than him.....and only 5 reps away on that particular lift...im doin pretty well haha

Actually....my chest has just been reviewed by some national competitors and pro's that i know as "one of my weak bodyparts" so apparently the heavy lifting didnt do dik lol. Time to strip the weight and try to "feel" it better haha

That kind of stuff is so much more interesting to me right now than bbing is, it's almost not even comparable. These guys still represent what weightlifting has it's roots in-a bunch of guys that want to get bigger and stronger.

hells yeah hepelstone!! i remember when scott sceppe tried to work out in your gym one day and everyone kept spitting in his hair and bootin his ass until he cried. i would have said or done something but my knees were shaking and i was making faces that were obviously scared and worried. heppelstones gym rules!!!
