Pretty good. From what i understand he is 198 and 29yrs old. I was 212ish in my video where i did 5 reps with 160's and i was dieted down and weaker...not to mention 24yrs old.......can a brotha get some credit now?

you're a strong guy but nowhere near as strong as this dude or as developed from what i can see.

LOL nope im not anywhere near as strong hes one of the strongest in the world at his wt....but considering i train for how i look, and not what i can lift and am 4yrs younger than him.....and only 5 reps away on that particular lift...im doin pretty well haha

Actually....my chest has just been reviewed by some national competitors and pro's that i know as "one of my weak bodyparts" so apparently the heavy lifting didnt do dik lol. Time to strip the weight and try to "feel" it better haha
