From late 1980s I have started to take hi-protein supplement,5 or 6 years ago I take creatine too.

it's mike from america, matt's friend. thanks for letting me work out there at the gym while on holiday, it was great to be back there again.

you are looking good in those pics, definitely some inspiration for us all. right now, I am running a lot to slim down, then I plan on hitting it hard.
