This pic was in 1986(I was 33) ,my bodyweight was 82 kgs only.
Now my bodyweight between 86-88 kgs ,so I have gained +-5 kgs  ;D

in early 1980s I never take supplements .
From late 1980s I have started to take hi-protein supplement,5 or 6 years ago I take creatine too.

How tall are you Musclecentre, about 5'10" ? I hope to look like that at age 55.
