Good abs and overall conditioning Sevastase, but I would now concentrate on bulking up and getting some good quality mass on your frame. You obviously know how to get cut so I wouldn't worry about packing the weight on.

I do have a few recordings like playing in practice and an exhibition on vhs....However I posted a draw of a pro tournament with my name on it,and I also posted a link of the ATP site with my full nameon it. Do you just not get it ? Or are you so blinded with hate when you realize I did what losers like you dream to do ? You little pathetic biotch :-*

Thanks for the compliment Sev, you've got a good build for your age... I got to agree with you there, the word "Natural" bodybuilding it is a bit of an oxymoron I actually chose the pseudonym because I've always been inspired by super heros, not because I'm trying to say I'm super "natural"
Use it, don't use it, I don't care, but for what it's worth I was 100% drug free for life in that pic, not because I was trying to prove anything, some sort of moral guilt or put myself on a pedestal or anything...I just was too scared of the health implications and basically clueless about steroids, I've been training for 18 years now (35 years old) I only weighed 160 pounds there, and I dieted for 20 weeks straight there ...almost killed myself to get that lean :P so it is possible just very brutal.
But I've been doing my research and I'm toying with the idea of crossing over to the dark side, we'll see ;D ... so then I may have to change my name soon in case I cause any confusion ;)

almost anyone can hit the ball well, and there are plenty who hit the ball better than some pro's

I played tennis in highschool. Whopping 70 mph serve. Our coach sucked. I didn't learn anything from him. Only played a handful of times after. My backhand always was unpredictable.

I would have to agree - I have yet to post recent pics myself but I'm not overly fussed what people on here think of me anyway. I will post up some new pics soon. There's nothing wrong with a bit of attention whoring as one of the things I come on this site for is to see new pics of people and how their progress is coming along.
I think since Squadfather left more people are less scared to post pics anyway and I reckon there will be an increase in the number of previously anonymous people showing themselves as the fear of being mercilessly flamed decreases.

My daughter was taking lessons from Roger Landsdorp and we all had high expectations from her and then she decided not to play anymore. Plus I grew up with idolizing Wayne Bryan who I helped in the summer at the park. He and his dad beat Pancho Gonzales and his dad in a big exhibition match. So calm down you are okay in my book. Of course I did. I had a tennis racquet of his when I was a kid my mom got from him. Wayne owns or owns the Pacific Palisides Tennis Club up near Malibu. His boys are the #1 rated mens team in pro tennis. He was one of my childhood idols. I have (someone else does) pics with me playing with Bjorn Borg and Vitas Gerualitis. I am trying to get them. I know you have a million pics of you at 180 to 200 pounds. Can you post a few from you at 230 pounds (or whatever you were at your highest?) Even if you were a little fat and holding water, seeing that kinda transformation would be cool.

The only forearm work I did was a weighted wrist roller (home made of course). I think I weighed about 200 there at 5'10" The funny thing is I armwrestled once against the strongest guy in the school Robert Armbrust. He was unreal. He never lost a wrestling match in high school. He was a football star and a stud ever since Little League. He literally looked like he was n steroids when he was 12. Anyway, we armwrestled at lunch once and I beat him. I swear I was known anyway in school but when I beat him everyone knew about it the next day.

I lost one arm wrestling match that went on for about 90secs against the second strongest guy in school. Guy was really powerful. Lost infront of whole year too. I had about 12 matches before in 20 mins which i won, then someone said arm wrestle murph...went on for so long then i lost. Took it on the chin. People werent too bad cos they knew the craic and that i was tried.
The guy who beat me is in front row, third from left. could shot putt 13m without ever training for it. He could also do a legit 100m aged 15 in 11.2 i think

I explained numerous times that I have lost 10 years worth of foto albums backin 2005....no pics from tennis,bodybuilding, etc....all I have left is 2005-2008 and pre 1996 . I had tons of fotos....maybe that'swhy I take and post somany pictures :)

translation: i never reached above 200 thats why i dont have the pics to prove that , back when i used to juice i maxed at 180 pounds and the pics that i keep posting over and over again can show that no matter how much i juiced i always looked skinny, bald and ugly :)
