I dieted for 20 weeks but my macros were kinda messed up so my abs didnt come in too sharp...you can see them decently, but theyre not ripped...How about you guys? What kind of defintion do you have? What kind of diet and cardio routine did you use? Any fat burners?
Feel free to post some pics so we can make comparisons.

I have really really really fast metobolism,
Just mornings walks for 50 min and 30min bicycle after the gym each day,
Only ate chicken/fish and heatlhy stuff like that, I basicly cut down on the carbs..

Lost 10 pounds though. Vacationing, no training, and only eating three or four meals a day. Time to step it up.

same here, lost 3-4kg while in london eating at mcdonalds 3-4 times a day and drinking a few beers.. Nad only for about 4 days, so almost a fucking kg a day lol.

Anyway, like I said, mine are only like that during contest. Other than that...they don't stay. I wish they did, but they don't. I don't stay strict enough with diet, cardio and exercise to keep them.

if you have a super fast metabolism like you say then going from picture 1 to picture 2 shouldnt take anything more than a week or two, especially if you were doing an hour and a half of cardio a day on low carbs....
my metabolism is dogshit and i oculd lose that amount of fat in 3 weeks or less..

1.-10 eggwhites scrambled in non-fat cooking spray
1/2 cup oatmeal-(Splenda-no milk
water
2.-5 oz. chicken breast
1 lg. baked potato (butter spray)
1-2 cups green beans
water
3.-1 can tuna (packed in water)
lg. salad (2 tbsps. olive oil/vinegar
4.Same as Meal # 2,but no baked potato
I also train early in the AM so pre and post workout I have whey shakes
Pre-1 scoop whey in water
Post-2 scoops whey in water
Most times I eat a potato or take dextrose with the post-workout.
At times I eat more carbs,at other times I eat less.............depends on how I`m looking Carb cycling,and drink water,coffeee,and Crystal-Lite throughout the day.
If I get super hungry,it`s a few rice cakes with natty PB and sugar-free jelly or air-popped popcorn with butter spray.
30-45 minutes cardio iimediately after training,train moderate to heavy using Giant-Sets,Tri-Sets,Super-Seys,drop-sets,etc. with very little rest between sets and no rest between exercises.

Thanks Wes. I will jump on this diet now. As far as the cardio, that's tough man 45 minutes immediately after training as I'm beat after an hour and twenty minutes training. I'll try though.

At times,I`ll do 15-30 minutes of interval cardio on the eliptical machine just for variety.
As I get closer to a contest,I run stadium stairs once or twice a week,and I never do cardio on leg day.
As far as diet goes,at times I`ll eat eggwhites a couple times of day,or chicken and tuna...........I mix it up and after 4-7 days I`ll have higher carbs for two days in a row.
The key is to keep carbs low,eat them early in the day,and be consistant.
Judging by your pics,30 minutes will be fine but if you get stuck at a fat burning plateau,increase to 45 minutes a couple of days a week.................... your in great shape so overkill might not be necessary unless you want to get super-shredded.

Would you say the carb intake is more important than calories? for example, let's say your calories are where they should, but your carbs are a little high...would that 'ruin' the diet?

the last big bulk i did was up to 190pounds at 17~20%BF . why the hell are you making up lies dude ???
and i'm not bulking up anymore, from experience i learned it was useless.

in my humble opinion, i think its impossible, sure you will keep some for a couple months to a year
but due to a fucked up endocrine system you gradually taper back to your natural-limit- potential
which is the muscle-mass you had before you juiced. (probably even less-mass from low T-levels.)
the evidence is all around there, open your eyes people.
