I train legs on Friday to have the time to recover over the weekend, however I haven't been training legs for a while now because
I go hiking every weekend with heavy backpack. :)

I would normally be training quads today (squats and hacks) followed by calf and ab work but I've got a long day at work today so I am intentionally missing it and doing it on Wednesday instead. I'm working late and when I get home I'll do half an hour on the bike instead to make up.
